Boasting 8 miles of golden sand award winning beaches, Boscombe Pier is just a two min walk away, making this Victorian themed property the perfect place to stay for your seaside holiday.
Built in 1899, this unique apartment really is beautiful, stylish and perfectly located.
Boscombe high street is just a 5 min walk away with lots of shops and restaurants and Bournemouth town centre is just 2.9 miles away, with plenty of things to see and do for all the family.
The space
The Bedroom:
The boutique style bedroom offers a king-size bed with a brand new anti-allergy mattress and hotel quality linen provided at no additional cost, a dressing table, bedside tables, ambient lighting and wardrobe space. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
The Lounge:
The bright and spacious lounge area has a brand new corner sofa which converts into a double sofa bed, dining area with four chairs, 65" smart TV with sky playback features and a beautiful window seating area, perfect for relaxing with a book after a day at the beach.
The Kitchen:
The beautiful, brand new, fully equipped kitchen comes complete with oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar, toaster, kettle and Nespresso Coffee Machine. We also provide a full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The Bathroom:
This contemporary and fresh space benefits from a pedestal wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail, modern shower with chrome details, illuminated mirror and complimentary toiletries.

Please note this is a first floor property with it's own access via stairs to the front door.
Additional information
There is an allocated parking space for one car. There is additional roadside parking and a visitor bay for anyone popping over for the day.
Wi-Fi is provided

We include hotel quality linen and towels.
Please note: We have a ring doorbell outside of the front door. This records on motion detected for added security during your stay.
