Welcome to our fantastic apartment located in La Mairena, Elviria Alta. Area of high biodiversity and 15 minutes from Marbella where tranquility is enjoyed with beautiful sea views. This fabulous apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is located on the groundfloor.
Upon entering our apartment, you will find the living room with a cozy sofa where you can relax while enjoying a Smart TV (WiFi and cable TV).
The living room is connected to the dining area and the kitchen, and has access to the two terraces and air conditioning for comfort.

If you like to spend time with your family preparing meals, our kitchen is perfect as it is not only fully equipped, but also has space to cook comfortably. You will find at your disposal an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, toaster and all the utensils you will need during your stay. A Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine is also provided to enjoy a delicious coffee whenever you want.

The apartment has two bedrooms. In the master bedroom you have a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large built-in closet to keep your belongings close at hand and make you feel at home.

In total, the apartment has two beautiful bathrooms (one ensuite): complete and with ample space for sink, toilet and shower. One of them also has a bidet and a bathtub.

A great advantage of this apartment are the two terraces where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and a delicious meal, all this while surrounded by the beauty of nature and the calm of the beautiful Mairena. If what you are looking for is to rest, this is your place.

It is worth mentioning that during your stay you will have a clothesline, washing machine and iron available.

The urbanization offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: a refreshing inifinity swimming pool with a depth starting from 0,75m to 2,20m on the deepest end (open some months of the year -generally from May to October- we suggest checking availability before booking), a beautiful botanical garden and outdoor community parking. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.


Comfort and leisure are within reach. The apartment is close to the Golf Club Santa Maria Golf & Country Club, Greenlife Golf Club and El Soto Golf & Country Club, and 8 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Elviria, by car.
There are also shopping center, restaurants and bars in the Urbanization Elviria, Gyms (Crossfit Elviria), theme park "Aventura Amazonia" also close to the urbanization. And if you like nightlife, we invite you to visit Nikki Beach and Puerto de Cabopino.
Malaga airport is also conveniently located only 37 minutes away by car.

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please consult us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25€.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if more are needed they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.

*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
