The apartment has a ground floor entrance from the road, but has an elevated position from the terrace, which overlooks the main pool and the gardens, with direct access to these from the garage underneath the apartment. The apartment is situated near the sea, between the golf courses of Cabopino and Santa Maria on the attractive development of La Reserva de Marbella(Phase 1). It is not part of the large Phase II development further in land. This area of the Spain is also known as the Costa del Golf, as there are some fifty courses on the Costa del Sol.

The apartment can accommodate four people and is fully furnished with good quality furniture and fittings in a traditional Spanish style with marble floors throughout. A BBQ is provided for al fresco dining. Also can be provided are beach towels at a rate of five euros per holiday per guest.
