The house, 164 m² in size, has two bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, offering a spacious and welcoming environment with spectacular views of the mountain and garden.



Outside, the jewel is the pool area separated from the accommodation, perfect for those who want to relax while others enjoy the water. The pool, 6x4 meters and depth from 1.3 to 2 meters, includes a decorative waterfall and a small upper pool that is heated in summer, ideal for sitting and enjoying the sunset. This area is surrounded by forest, providing a natural and peaceful environment, and has a gas barbecue and a decorative viewpoint with a swing (not enabled for use).



The exterior area of the house is located on a terrace, with a terrace that offers views of the mountain and the forest. Here you will find a covered area with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture for dinners or lunches outdoors, directly connected to the main living room for greater comfort. The parking is spacious and comfortable, with access to an inner courtyard with a fountain, which serves as the main entrance.



The interior is equally welcoming and functional. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe; the other, divided into two spaces, offers two single beds, a double sofa bed and storage, next to a nearby full bathroom. The independent kitchen is equipped with quality appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, among others) and has access to the covered outdoor area.



For rest and entertainment, the house has two lounges with a fireplace (firewood not included), comfortable sofas, television and wifi connection included. This configuration allows different family members to enjoy their favourite programmes without interference. There is also a decorative piano, the use of which requires special permission.



The location is strategic: a few minutes by car from Alhaurín el Grande and with easy access to restaurants, golf courses, water parks, beaches and cities such as Málaga, Fuengirola and Marbella. In addition, the environment is perfect for families and nature lovers.
