The vibrant Via Fillungo flows beneath Casa Sabrina, an exclusive fourth-floor apartment with an elevator, located inside Lucca’s historic walls in a prime central location, just a short distance from Torre Guinigi, the Anfiteatro, and Piazza San Michele. Sunlight floods the pale walls and ceilings, enhancing the elegance of designer furnishings by Antonio Lupi. After a day spent exploring the charming streets of Lucca, you’ll love unwinding in the shower or by the gas fireplace in the bedroom. Open a bottle of wine and take in the breathtaking views from this upscale luxury apartment.

The entrance opens into a spacious living area with a kitchen and dining space, enriched by a sleek glass loft used as a laundry room.



On the main floor:

1 master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom featuring a gas fireplace.

2 additional double bedrooms.

A full bathroom and an extra guest toilet in the corridor.

On the upper level: laundry room and sitting area.



The apartment is fully air-conditioned and features an exclusive elevator leading directly to the floor. Nerby, enjoy a magnificent view of Lucca’s three iconic towers: Torre Guinigi, Torre delle Ore, and the Campanile del Mercato.

Great place right in the heart of Lucca. Walking distance from basically anything in Lucca. Super quiet even though it’s on a major street and an elevator inside the building. The apartment is super spacious and very nicely done!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space

We were a party of 6 travelling to Lucca for a wedding. The house was amazing, we were in the old town and accessible to all of Luccas shops restaurants and tours. beautiful home plenty of space for everyone.

A spacious and well-equipped apartment in a beautiful building within the city walls. Minutes from almost anywhere in the city, but peaceful and relaxing. We spent a week here and loved it. Good food recommendations in information file. Elevator was fantastic to have. Would recommend highly.

A fabulous spot

This is certainly a beautiful and luxurious spot in a prime location in Lucca. We loved looking out onto the other roof everyday and being steps away from everything in the center. The home is beautifully decorated, the rooms are very comfortable, and the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing penthouse overlooking the roof and the hills of Lucca. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful in every way, great location right near parking, and excellent interior design and layout. Must be the best apartment in all of Lucca!

My husband, our 6 year old and my 80 & 82 year old in-laws stayed at this amazing apartment in mid October 2025 for 8 nights. It was excellent. 5th floor with a very tiny 2 person lift that is exclusive for the apartment. We took the stairs (70 steps) a lot and they were not awful. The space is exactly how its pictured, very clean, loads of room, high ceilings, great amenities. The three bedrooms are all in a row with the master at the very end. Lots of extra bedding and pillows available in the closets. Extra towels were in bathroom cabinets as well, which was a lovely touch. 2.5 bathrooms was perfect. TV in each bedroom and in the main area which we hardly used, but nice to know we could, and the cool loft space was a hit with our son. The laundry is in that loft, and my in-laws would not brave those stairs, but I didn't have any problem and probably completed about 4 loads of laundry during the week, which was great. Wifi was strong and consistent. Kitchen was fully stocked!Tons tons tons of space. And the management company was great to deal with and checked in on us as well. But the star of the show is the location. Via Fillungo is like 5th Avenue, stepping out of that door on a crowded night was like stepping into a dream. All of the shops, restaurants and bars are within feet, and the squares too! We walked to the southern-most entrance near the train station to meet up with family pretty often and the walk was lovely and about 10 minutes. I think we will be back!

Immaculate Apartment

This place is a little gem. A penthouse apartment within the walls of Lucca located in the main shopping street and within a 8 minute walk from the train station. The apartment was beautiful, very well equipped and easy to find. The owner was brilliant from start to finish regular communication, offers of assistance with local amenities, easy key collection and the provision of a very useful visitor pack all made our lives very easy. The apartment itself was immaculate, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Thanks and again to Sidrak. We will definitely use this accommodation again if we revisit the area.
