Awesome duplex penthouse apartment in new Oceana Views development. Guests will be greeted with a fresh and stylish 2 bedroom apartment, well equipped with everything needed for a perfect holiday on the coast. The community faces southwest, offering stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains, and the fantastic community swimming pool has an ‘infinity edge’ looking out towards the sea. Oceana Views is less than 10 minutes from the beach, and just 15 minutes from Puerto Banús and Estepona.

In the apartment guests will find a well equipped and open plan kitchen with dining area (seating for 6), a comfortable living room featuring a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and two spacious and private terraces.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday home (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc). The living room and dining area are freshly furnished, providing a comfortable and stylish interior to enjoy.

The master bedroom has a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe space, and access to the guest bathroom with bath/shower.

Outside on the first terrace guests will find an alfresco dining area (seating for 6) and a gas barbecue. Upstairs (spiral staircase) there is chillout seating, perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying the amazing views that the apartment offers.

The apartment has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, there is strong fibre optic WIFI (reachable in all rooms), and included is a private underground parking space in the garage. Included in the rental is all bedding and towels (shower), and access to the communal swimming pool (open during the summer season).

**For your convenience, a small Accidental Damage Protection fee is included in your booking, covering minor accidental damages during your stay.**

Few days stay with friends

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area of Cancelada. Perfect base for trips to Estepona, Ronda and Gibraltar. Facilities were excellent and ideal for relaxing after busy days out.

We have stayed in another apartment on this complex before so had something to compare this property to. It was very clean & well positioned with great views. Unfortunately this apartment lacked attention to detail. Only 1 bath towel per person for the whole week. Only sheets on the beds & duvets in wardrobe not clean. No waste paper bins in bedrooms or bathroom. Basics like toilet rolls were in short supply. Terrible communication with Reek & Dalli STAYHOST the apartment managers. They did not respond to messaging via VRBO regarding the fact we only had one set of keys & required a second set. I had to call them twice to finally get a second set. This would put me off booking any future properties managed by them. We loved the Pool area which is very clean & well managed.

Eine fast perfekter Urlaub!

das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr, Handtücher und Decken waren reichlich vorhanden. Die Ausstattung und die Ferienwohnung entspricht exakt den gezeigten Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur funktionierte schnell und exakte ( auf Englisch). Wir hatten in der Woche ab 7/00 Uhr etwas Baulär, der Pool durfte erst ab 12:00, wenn der Lifeguard vor Ort war genutzt werden. Dies ist unglücklich, wenn man wie wir morgens schwimmen möchte und dies „ verboten wird“
