A Casa di Enza by Wonderful Italy

Cozy apartment in the heart of the Lingotto area of Turin, a few steps from Eataly and Lingotto Fiere.



The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a hallway that connects all the rooms. The open plan living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a cabinet with TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. This room boasts access to the balcony with table and chairs at guests’ disposal. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a large closet and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.



*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



*The property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting. Therefore, there will be scaffolding that will not cause any noise.



The wonderful city of Turin, capital of Piedmont and known for its chocolate, offers countless opportunities and experiences. The city is known for its refined architecture, in fact there are sumptuous Baroque buildings to admire overlooking Turin’s squares, like Piazza Castello and Piazza San Carlo. In the old town stands the Mole Antonelliana, one of the symbols of Italy, with the Royal Palace of Turin and Madama Palace. Turin offers attractions for every taste, from outdoor activities to gastronomy. For a walk in the greenery breathing the scent of flowers, guests can enjoy the Turin Botanical Garden located on the left side of the Po river, and the famous Valentino Park near the old town. Today the province is considered the best Italian center as regards chocolate processing, and every year the “Cioccolatò” event is inaugurated with parties, events and tastings. For a tasting of typical Piemontese dishes, do not miss Solferino and Consorzio restaurants.



The apartment is about 150 m from Spezia Metro Station and 22 km from Turin Caselle Airport.

Good location with great included auto garage.

Garage is about 1 1/2 blocks away from apartment. Very helpful on checking in even when we did not read the address correctly and went to the wrong building.

Graffiti Slumlord. You don't want to stay here. I arrived to find the bathroom window propped open; though maybe stuffy. It wasn't. There is a terrible and persistent odor coming from the toilet area. The owner tried to act like it was unknown/new when i complained but what property leaves a window propped open, especially when storming. The entire apartment is stocked with 50 yr old furniture, terrible bed, limited kitchen utensils that look like someone saved them from Goodwill, no fresh water or coffee supplies. The place was stripped bare minimum to max profit. Washer had to be unplugged and reset several times to work, the outlet in the bedroom literally came out in my hand when I used it and the shower is the size of a 1960's telephone booth. A 5'2 100lb gymnast would have trouble using it. I had

Alles gut.

Schöne Wohnung, gut gelegen und für eine Stadtwohnung ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei. Das Plus ist die große Garage für Auto und Räder.
