バロネットでは、滞在終了時の清掃に追加費用はかかりません！ 通常の清掃サービスのみを提供し、整頓された良好な状態で宿泊施設を離れるお客様を歓迎いたします。 それ以外の場合、ごく普通の清掃（流し台の汚れた皿、家の周りに散らばったゴミ箱など）のために出発時に20ユーロの支払いが必要になります。

Lovely apartment that is very well decorated and maintained. Super clean and thoughtfully has all the bits you need, without adding unnecessary clutter that many places have. Matteo was a great host with very clear communications and instructions. Markets and cafes are a must. A nice oasis above Turino.

Beautiful apartment

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is in a great location with a taxi rank nearby. Mateo was an excellent host. He always replied quickly to any questions we had and he was so helpful and attentive. Great value for money and would definitely recommend this property.

Great flat, walking distance from historical centre

Had a great 4 nights and days. Matteo was very helpful. When the airco broke down, he did everything to get it fixed as quickly as possible, and gave us a refund. The flat itself had everything we wanted, and was well equipped. Top spot!

I had an 8 day stay at Matteo's La Balounette in the neighborhood near Porto Palazzo market. This a beautifully and thoughtfully renovated top floor apartment with a lovely balcony facing the Alps. You'll feel at home in Matteo's apartment because a lot of the decorations come from his family--a very nice touch. The apartment is quiet and well furnished with kitchen supplies and comfortable bedding. The apartment is completely walkable to all parts of the city. But staying and exploring in the neighborhood is worthwhile to discover the unique energy of the area. We shopped at the market nearby daily and made meals at home in addition to eating out because there is no shortage of delicious food in Torino. At the market, the produce, meat and fish was top choice and bountiful. While, it was cool during our stay outside but the apartment was completely comfortable. We still enjoyed the balcony immensely. I will stay with Matteo again next time I have a visit to Torino.

Wonderful Views

The apartment was perfect! Very comfortable! Fantastic views! Beautifully decorated! It was near the central market where we love to shop and in walking distance to everything else (museums, galleries, etc). We had a car and parking on the street was easy for the duration of our stay. Matteo was very responsive and answered all our questions immediately. We are regular visitors to Turin and will definitely stay at this apartment again.

Very nice apartment close to city center!

Matteo's property was perfect for our 3 day stay in Turin - it had most of the essentials we needed and it was great being able to go to the grocery store and make several meals at home. The balconies were great for enjoying a glass of wine and the sunsets were gorgeous over the Alps. The apartment is about a 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, but the walk is easy and full with fun sights, such as the bustling food market, the cathedral of San Giovanni Battista (where the Shroud of Turin is housed), and the Roman city gate ruins. We loved Turin and hope you will too!

Turin Visit

Matteo was very responsive to all our needs and was very communicative. Much appreciated! The sunsets looking at the Swiss Alps was amazing! Dinner at the local restaurant Matteo suggested one block away was very good! The Saturday Flea Market was very peculiar as the locals come out in droves to sell just about everything. Caio!

Clean, cozy apartment

The outside of the house can put you off a bit but once inside Matteo has created a very comfortable, extremely clean and well-equipped accomodation. The balcony is very cozy and great for breakfast. Although you don't hear the traffic when the windows are shut you do hear the lift. Matteo is a very friendly and helpful host. He is very attentive to the guest's needs.

Great apartment, great neighborhood, fantastic host!

We had a fabulous time staying in Matteo’s apartment in Borgo Dora. Super comfortable bed, great shower, and truly delightful balcony. The kitchen would have served us well if we didn’t go out to eat each night! The apartment is in a great area: very close to the city center and just around the corner from a lovely little gelato shop and several excellent bar/cafes. In addition to all this, Matteo was an extremely hospitable and accommodating host: super communicative and very flexible. We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in Turin — and knowing the apartment is there, it makes us want to return!

Nice apartment in fascinating neighborhood

Well designed, comfortable, bright apartment in lively multiethnic neighborhood, and with very nice host. Quiet on weekdays; on weekends the presence of a nearby dance club made sleep a bit difficult - but no more than other big cities in Italy. (We were also unlucky that the apartment right below us was being remodeled.) we loved the location and the neighborhood, and enjoyed the Saturday flea market. Lots of good restaurants and friendly people. You will like it!

Great flat in the center of Torino

Matteo's flat is placed very close to the Torino city center, and everything is within walking distance. The flat is very nice and well equipped and you will find everything you need for a nice stay. We stayed in Torino while it was very hot and as a consequence of the extreme temperatures the AC in the flat was highly challenged, and not able to bring the inside temperature below 27 degrees. If you want to experience Torino from a nice central located flat Matteo's flat is highly recommended.

Great Apartment

Matteo is a very attentive host, and gives lots of excellent information and orientation, and the apartment has plenty of tourist information. Apartment is on 6th floor, with a small lift, and is very clean and well appointed, bed was very comfortable, compact kitchen well stocked and equipped. Very nice balcony with lovely view of the mountains. We enjoyed being close to the market. Three of the nights there was noise from the Il Maglio Restaurant (karaoke?). The area and to the north is a bit rough but did not cause us any particular problems.

November in Turin

We had a wonderful holiday in Matteo's flat in Turin. The flat is very comfortable, very well-equipped and with a view of the mountains beyond the rooftops. We were lucky to have marvellous weather in November and so the city and the view seemed all the more beautiful. The flat is very well-situated to visit the city on foot. There is an open air market just nearby and then other sights easily reached. There are so many restaurants you are just spoiled for choice. Matteo gave us very clear instructions concerning arrival and departure and there is lots of helpful literature about the city in the flat. I would recommend this place and if we return to Turin, we would go again.

Cozy Penthouse with a Great View

Had a pleasant stay in Torino in this cozy and comfortable penthouse apartment for 4 nights. Matteo is a wonderful and very accommodating host that was quick to respond and helpful in every way. We got a lot of use out of the balcony that has a great view of the Alps on a clear day. There was a fabulous flea market downstairs and all around the neighborhood on a Saturday, whilst the central market a couple of blocks away was great to shop for delicious foods. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for our short stay. The neighborhood is cool, but very local. Although it had everything we needed and is close to the center, it’s not the “posh” side of town, so it took a minute to get our bearings. It is very walkable and safe, despite of a lot of graffiti all around. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in zentraler Lage

Das Apartment liegt unweit der Markthalle und des Zentrums von Turin. Wesentliche Ziele sind zu Fuß oder mit der Tram (4,16) gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Auch bei hoch sommerlichen Temperaturen lässt sich die Wohnung angenehm kühl halten. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten. Eine Auswahl attraktiver Cafés und Bars gibt es in direkter Nachbarschaft. Matteo gab gute Restaurant Empfehlungen. Wir empfehlen diese Adresse für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Turin.

On ne dirait jamais çà de l'extérieur... Quartier périphérique à proximité du centro. Très bonne communication avec le gestionnaire. Appartement au 6e étage, confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le ciel chargé d'humidité nous a empêché de profiter de la vue sur les montagnes.

Appartement centre Turin

Appartement bien aménagé exception faite d'une machine à capsules de café de bas de gamme. Le café obtenu ressemble plus à de l'eau teintée qu'à un café correct. On est bien loin des standards italiens et si vous n'avez pas prévu une alternative il n'y a aucune autre solution proposée Le parking au pied de l'immeuble est très utilisé, non réservé aux résidents de l'immeuble, et par des personnes peu respectueuses à n'occuper que leur place sans empiéter sur les voisines. Bien que l'appartement soit au centre de Turin, avec à proximité toutes les facilités touristiques, c'est un quartier très peu reluisant. Malgré ses réserves agréable séjour.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, direkt am Markt gelegen. Sie ist sehr schön geschnitten und hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Unschlagbar ist der Blick vom Balkon. Auch die Ruhe im Haus war uns sehr wichtig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!
