Located on the fourth floor with elevator access, the apartment enjoys exceptional natural light thanks to its four large windows and elevated position — a rarity in historic centres.



The apartment features two spacious double bedrooms; one bed can be arranged as two singles if needed, plus a sofa bed, comfortably hosting up to 5 guests. The bright living space includes a cozy reading corner, a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day out.



The fully equipped kitchen comes with oven, stovetop, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for both short and longer stays. A dedicated laundry area with washing machine adds extra convenience, while the windowed bathroom ensures light and ventilation. Thoughtfully designed and airy, Casa delle Rosine offers an inviting, luminous retreat above the city.

Casa delle Rosine is set in Turin’s most central and vibrant district, right next to Via Po and Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The apartment is located within Turin’s limited traffic zone (ZTL), active until 10:30 am each morning, ensuring reduced traffic and a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere throughout the day — a valuable advantage in such a central location.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and we kindly ask you to respect the peaceful residential character of the area.
