Situated in the Friedrichshain center, your apartment is conveniently located right next to the Boxhagener Platz. Within 20 minutes' walk, you can reach Warschauer Straße, Mercedes-Benz Arena, East side Gallery and Oberbaumbrücke. You'll find yourself surrounded by variety of restaurants and bars in the apartment area. You'll get to experience the vibrant heart of Berlin, complete with street art and historical monuments all around you.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
