Rua Adolfo Casais Monteiro is an artery of modern-day culture. You'll find supermarkets, restaurants, bookstores, retro-cool furniture stores, alternative decor, design, fashion, music and the famous art galleries of Rua Miguel Bombarda.



You'll be just 300 m from the Palácio de Cristal, with its beautiful gardens and magnificent views over the River Douro. You can also visit the Romantic Museum or the Soares dos Reis Museum.



About 1 km away you'll find Porto's main tourist attractions: Torre dos Clérigos, Galerias Paris, Avenida dos Aliados, Bolhão Market, Rua de Santa Catarina or Rua das Flores.

Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 on the cost of water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
