This cottage was perfect for our long weekend. It was very comfortable and clean. The amenities make you feel right at home, nothing was forgotten. The location was amazing. Everything about it made our stay that much more enjoyable. Owner was very responsive and we would definitely rent again!

Amazing house and experience!

This is a beautifully charming cottage located conveniently to several beaches (5 min drive) as well as East Hampton and Amagansett town centers. We loved our stay! Todor thought of everything to make us comfortable. The huge lawn, the outdoor shower, the screened in porch, the fire pit and the hammock all made our stay unforgettable. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing time away!

Amazing time in East Hampton

We had a delightful stay with our two year old. The cottage is cozy and perfect for our small family. The outdoor space is well designed and beautiful. We ate every meal outside on the porch or in the garden next to the grill. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. I can’t wait to return!

Another wonderful stay at the Hamptons cottage

We just finished our third stay at the wonderful East Hamptons cottage. The house is absolutely wonderful - it's extremely clean, very well appointed and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. We have stayed in many rentals and this one is by far one of our favorites. The backyard had some great upgrades this year - a new outside dining table which we enjoyed every evening. Todor, the owner, was such a great host - he was super responsive and communicative. I highly recommend a stay at this house, especially if you have children.

Lovely Cottage!

I stayed there in early August with some friends and their baby. The house itself is so well appointed. It's incredibly clean, and it really has everything that you might want in a vacation home. It is filled with useful items, but also somehow feels very minimal and peaceful. The best part of the house is the screened in porch which looks out onto the gorgeous yard. Whether with a coffee or a glass of rose, it was such a nice place to start and end all of our days in East Hampton. The outdoor shower was an unexpected favorite! The Adirondack chairs by the fire pit were a great place to enjoy magic hour when we weren't at the beach. Another cool thing- if you like to cook- is that Round Swamp Farm is literally across the street. It's as easy as grabbing veggies from your home garden and you won't want to forget the pie! Todor was really responsive and always very sweet. He really did think of all of the extras- from chilled bottles of rose and pellegrino in the fridge when we arrived, and a generous amount of Nespresso pods- to a closet full of beach gear and beach cruisers parked in the driveway! The only small thing to note is that the house is sort of on a main road, that gets a bit of traffic and you do hear the cars. It's not bad at all, especially since you will want to spend most of your time in the back yard. I would definitely return!

Charming Cottage in East Hampton

We our stay was a dream! I don't know who had more fun, us or our dogs. We live in NYC and needed a long week away from the noise and concrete. When we arrived, we were amazed at the yard. The pictures do not do it justice. Our Frenchies were in heaven too! Our little guy worked up every morning ready to go outside and run around, he is still sore from all the activity. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful stay in this adorable cottage. Everything was wonderful. We loved the coziness of the house and it’s proximity to town. The kitchen had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Perfect cottage in great location!

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved it! The cottage was immaculate and had all the amenities you could ask for. The fenced in backyard was amazing and our dog loved it! The East Hampton location was great and close by to other towns such as Sag Harbor and Montauk. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO/Airbnb homes and this was the cleanest one ever! The host, Todor, was attentive and responsive. We would stay here again and would recommend to others!

We had such a wonderful experience at this property! Everything from the soap to the appliances to the linens is so well-appointed, just like a 5-star hotel. Everything you think you might need is taken care of. The backyard is fantastic for children and pets alike too. One day, with our hectic lifestyle and busy schedules, we realized we needed an escape from the city. So in 2016 we found our happy place in East Hampton and have been splitting our time between the city and the Hamptons since.
