Ever since 2017, it has been possible to book renovated houses at Marinapark Volendam. These can be found in two linked variants, both split across two floors. The entrance can be situated on the ground floor or first floor. This includes a 6-person house (NL-1131-08) with three bedrooms, one of which is on entrance floor and two of which are on the first floor. The entrance floor features a living room and fully equipped kitchen along with a separate toilet. The first floor is home to two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the landing. A 7-person house is also available (NL-1131-09). You have the choice of three bedrooms, all on the first floor. There are two bedrooms, each with a single bed, and one bedroom with three single beds. The first floor also features the bathroom with shower. There is a separate toilet on both the entrance floor and the first floor. Both houses are modern and fully furnished. The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer combo and coffee machine. All beds are single box-spring beds. You will have a garden with terrace and garden or balcony and furniture at your disposal. There is a parking near the object. Note: - Cleaning is optional, but if you bring your pet, then it becomes mandatory. - This holiday park is fireworks-free - setting off fireworks of any kind is prohibited on New Year’s Eve. The park conducts checks to enforce this. However, there is a possibility of fireworks being set off in the surrounding area.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.
