The 4 bedrooms with good beds and two bathrooms make this house suitable for two families. Single beds can be pushed together to form double beds. The living room, with furniture from 2013, offers more than 300 DVD movies. On first floor you can relax with a massage in the whirlpool or in the large 'master bedroom' with a cosy living room and access to two large terraces, one of which is covered. For the younger children there is a good play area under the stairs to the first floor, where there are lots of good toys. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
