Holiday cottage with an energy-efficient heat pump. The living room with tile floor is heated via the underfloor heating and the cosy crackling from the centrally located wood-burning stove. The separate room with the large swimming pool also has a 4-6 persons sauna and a 4-persons whirlpool. 2 bathrooms of which one is adjacent to the pool room. 5 bedrooms, all with double beds. For the children there are cot, high chair, swings, sandpit and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The house is located on an open plot in a quiet and family-friendly area. You have a small view of the ocean from the plot. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
