Perfect for us :)

We were looked after brilliantly by Fernando. We had a couple of problems, one with the hot water initially not working, and one with a noisy late night party going on in the apartment above us (the whole building is holiday stays, owned/managed by Fernando) but he sorted out both our problems very quickly and kindly.The location was great for us, a 5 minute walk to the beach and easy to get to sites like Cadiz, Baelo Claudia and beautiful nature-filled beaches by car. The apartment, though small (a bedroom, a kitchen-diner and a bathroom), had everything we needed and we made all our simple meals there with the microwave, hob, toaster and electric kettle and full size fridge/freezer. Having a washing machine in the kitchen was very useful! You also have a sunny rooftop terrace which is for your private use and makes a lovely place to eat and relax and look at the sea in the distance.The area of Conil de la Frontera where the apartment is situated is fairly quiet and the double glazing keeps noises out from the street very well. Do bring ear plugs to sleep if you're sensitive to noise, though, because sound carries inside from the other apartments.We had a fantastic stay in Andalusia and want to say a big thank you to Fernando for his care and professionalism. ¡Feliz año nuevo!

Todo genial Fernando, super amable y atento. Nos ha encantado todo. Super bien equipado. Tan solo una cosa no nos gustó mucho y fue que olía un poco a humedad.

Apartamento amarillo

Muy buena experiencia, básicamente utilizábamos el apartamento para dormir, pero tiene todas las comodidades para poder "vivir" cómodamente, tiene terraza en la planta alta pero el tiempo tampoco nos acompañó para poder disfrutarla.

Todo muy bien

Ubicación buena, terraza con vistas al mar, la pega es que la terraza está en el segundo piso. Puntos negativos, que no hay toallas y la ducha no tiene mampara. Por lo demás, todo genial.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem kleinen jedoch gut ausgestatteten Apartment genossen. Vor allem die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen. Als Tipp und Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir noch darauf hinweisen, dass Mülltüten und Abtrockhandtücher nicht vor Ort waren

Bien !!

El piso está bien , tiene la terraza en un segundo piso que tienes que subir ,solo allí puedes colgar las ropas para que sequen, el piso al estar en un bajo cuando sales y vuelve es verdad que huele a cerrado y humedad pero con el aire acondicionado y abriendo las ventanas se va rápido, zona tranquila sin mucho ruido y cerca del mar !! El propietario muy atento !

Zentral, ruhig und sofort am Strand

Mir hat die Unterkunft insbesondere aufgrund der Lage sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt in der Wohnung alles, was man braucht. 50m von der Wohnung fängt Straße mit Shops und Restaurants an. Die Dachterrasse mit Sonnenschutz befindet sich im 2. Stock, also mit einem Zugang außerhalb des Studios während die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist.

Buena ubicación

El apartamento amarillo es acogedor, con todo lo necesario para unos días. A pesar de ser un bajo, no tuvimos problemas de ruido ni del exterior ni de los pisos superioires. Perfectamente ubicado y Fernando, el propietario muy amable en todo momento.

Perfekte Lage

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in Conil sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt - zudem ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Auch das Internet war zum Arbeiten hervorragend. Einige Dinge in der Wohnung könnten sicherlich erneuert werden (z.B. die Duschhalterung), aber dafür war der Rest wirklich top. Ideale Lage, ein toller Balkon, Waschmaschine etc. :)

Kleines Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Innenstadt mit Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften ist in direkter Nähe. Trotz der Zentrumsnähe ist es sehr ruhig.
