Great stay

This property was perfect for my stay - great location, clean, beautifully set up. I had an issues when checking out and was able to call and resolve it immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment in a great area

The apartment was everything is said it would be. Clean, functional and very comfortable. Local area is vibrant with lots of cafes and restaurants. Looking forward to my next stay!

The perfect London nest

The location of the appartment was exactly what we were looking for. The property was better than in the pictures and very stylishly put together, everything was clean, tidy, well furnished and comfortable. Communication with the property managers was flawless: they were very attentive to our well being during the stay. We will for sure book it again.

Looks great but falls short

For the price charged for this property it wasn’t in the best condition. The upstairs neighbour complained to me about sheets and towels left in her way which wasn’t my problem. If you have large suitcases be are there are four sets of stairs to scale which can be hard in any Victorian terrace but this should be in the property description. I was disappointed when I have stayed in equivalent properties at a lesser price.

Hi Karen, thanks for your feedback. Price ultimately depends on the time of the year and the location and we are in line with the local area. Please feel free to reach out in the future as we can offer less expensive alternatives. As for the stairs, you can use elevator filter during your search to selector properties with this amenity - due to age of London buildings few have elevators fitted. Our neighbour is of gracious age and sometimes she just looks for opportunity to chat. Sorry if this put you off.
