The Space:

Welcome to this cozy 46 m² 2-bedroom duplex apartment spread across two floors of a building without a lift, perfectly situated in the heart of Marylebone. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has two bathrooms: a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub, and a second shower room, both with toilet and sink.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen), dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked just off Marylebone High Street, this apartment sits in one of London’s most pleasant and well-connected neighbourhoods. The surrounding streets have a genuinely village-like feel — independent coffee shops, delis, bookshops and restaurants are all on the doorstep, making it one of the nicest parts of central London to spend a morning.



The area is exceptionally well placed for the city’s main attractions. Regent’s Park is a short walk north, with its open lawns, boating lake and the open-air theatre in summer. Oxford Street and its shops are about ten minutes on foot to the south, and the Wallace Collection — one of London’s finest free museums — is practically around the corner.



For transport, Baker Street (lines 1, 2, 13 and 74) and Marylebone station (Bakerloo line and National Rail) are both very close, giving quick access to the West End, the City and beyond. Edgware Road is equally convenient. The neighbourhood is also highly walkable — Hyde Park, Mayfair and Fitzrovia are all reachable on foot.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
