Sorry you feel you have been unfairly treated. Our policies are stated clearly in the rental agreement and we even include an allowance to partially cover normal electrical usage. I am always available to answer questions and send assistance. I believe you reached out on at least 2 other items and they were resolved the same day of your emails.
