Sunny loft located in the Sants neighborhood. This accommodation can house up to 2 people in a queen size bed (160x200cm). This 40 square meter surface loft is designed in a single environment, with a bedroom area, a living-dining room area equipped with a comfortable sofa and a large TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. This accommodation is located on a fourth (4) floor with elevator. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and free WIFI. In addition, a few meters from this accommodation you will find all the services you may need. It is located 100 meters (1 minute) from the Badal metro station (L5) and 600 meters (6 minutes) from the Santa Eulalia station (L1). You can reach Paseo de Gracia in 15 minutes and Las Ramblas in 20 minutes using these metro lines. The airport is 20 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport. If you come by car, you will find a very cheap car park 200 meters from the apartment for about 7.50 euros/day open 24 hours a day (Parking Viajeros). Distances of interest: Camp Nou (700m), the Barcelona Fair -Gran Via- (2,500m) and Sants station (1,000m)

Ways of payment: The remaining amount can be paid in cash or via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) at the day of arrival. American Express is not accepted.

Security Deposit: The deposit is BLOCKED (not charged) by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and automatically unblocked a fortnight after departure. In exceptional cases, you can make a security deposit in cash which will be returned on departure day by our agent between 9:00H and 11:00H. This service costs 30 euros.

Cleaning service:The client may hire a cleaning service at their expense.
