Villa Grecale is located within a small private residential complex, in a predominantly seafront position, close to the famous sandy coastline in the Capitolo locality in Monopoli. The property can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is fully fenced and has an electric gate and private parking inside the residential courtyard. Passing through the gate you enter the garden area decorated with fruit trees and aromatic plants. Internally the house is divided into a large living area with sofas and TV and an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a large table with chairs in front of a French window with a splendid view of the pool and the sea. The living room leads to the two double bedrooms, one of which has a sea view and direct access to the outdoor area. A bathroom with a shower serves the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor with a further bright and airy double bedroom with sea view and a large en-suite shower room.
An internal staircase connects the ground floor to the basement, which is very bright, thanks to large windows that illuminate a living area with sofas and TV. A hallway leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a double room with two single beds (which can be joined together if necessary), a bathroom with shower serving the two bedrooms.
The living room gives access to the outdoor terrace, where a patio welcomes a large table with chairs, and comfortable sofas and armchairs to enjoy maximum relaxation with a view of the sea and swimming pool.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
