• Outdoor Activities: Orcières-Merlette 1850 is perfect for skiing, snowboarding, and dog sledding with its 100km of pistes. Enjoy the sunshine while hiking, mountain biking, and wildlife spotting in the Écrins Natural Park during warmer months.

• Damage deposit: €300/accommodation on arrival. Refund on departure after check-out inventory
• Tourist tax: per person and per day. The amount is subject to change, please check with the local municipality for the latest rates

La procédure d accueil pour la remise des clés est inadmissible. Faire la queue pendant une heure dans un local exigu après 3 h de route, quel bonheur! Ce local « d accueil » ressemblait à un sous sol d HLM toit comme d ailleurs l appartement loué , très vieillot et très mal insonorisé. Seul point positif, le sourire et l amabilité des hôtesses qui étaient pourtant débordées. Autre point négatif, nous avons du réclamer des draps et des serviettes que nous avions pourtant demandé sur le site de Abritel. Enfin nous avons été privé de connexion internet le premier soir car les codes affichés n étaient pas les bons

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’amabilité et le professionnalisme de notre équipe, malgré une période particulièrement chargée. Nous regrettons que le processus de remise des clés n’ait pas été aussi fluide que souhaité, surtout après un long trajet. Nous allons revoir l’organisation des arrivées afin d’améliorer l’accueil et de réduire les temps d’attente. Concernant les draps, serviettes et l’accès internet, nous allons vérifier la coordination des demandes effectuées via la plateforme ainsi que les informations communiquées sur place, afin de garantir que tout soit correctement préparé et fonctionnel à l’arrivée des prochains voyageurs. Vos remarques sur l’insonorisation et la présentation de l’appartement ont également été prises en compte. Nous cherchons continuellement à améliorer le confort et la qualité de nos hébergements. Nous nous efforçons toujours d’offrir le meilleur service possible et d’assurer la satisfaction et le confort de nos hôtes. Votre retour nous aide à progresser et nous vous en remercions.
