The appartement has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and one en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, separate toilet in the hallway, livingroom with sleeping couch, lounge and fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave oven, sink, cooker hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, deepfreezer, coffeemachine, dolce gusto, plates, cups and household goods. There is a safe available for your precious things. The appartement is equipped for a stay of 4 to 5 persons. Bath towels provided. The complex has 2 swimming pools, sun terraces, a tennis court, table tennis, biljarts, kickertable and a nice poolbar 0S3(CeroSTres). 

Whithin walking distance you reach the beautiful promenade and the beach, shops, shopping mall, supermarket and cozy bars and terraces, restaurants. Bus stop to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos at 150 m, bus nr 471 (in front of the Hard Rock Hotel). The next coastal village is at a 15 minute walk along the promenade and coast where you can take a bus to Playa San Juan and Los Gigantes.

If you are in to hiking there are a variety of inviting paths along the coast.
