Beautiful apartment in a great location for a peaceful holiday. Apartment is well equipped with a lovely outside space. Complex is kept very clean and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool, toilets by the pool area spotless as well. Shops and restaurants within walking distance, the Titanic restaurant across the road from the apartment has great food.

Fabulous Stay !

We stayed in this apartment for a week during the Easter break,Everything was perfect! Didn’t want to leave, We would highly recommend the apartment, lots of lovely places near by. We will definitely return!

Modernes Apartment mit schönem Balkon

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment und die Anlage sind sehr schön. Der Pool ist ein Highlight. Der Balkon ist sehr schön und man hat sogar etwas Meerblick. Ein Plus ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet. In der Küche haben uns ein paar Sachen gefehlt, sodass man erstmal das nötigste einkaufen musste, wie Gewürze, Wasser, Öl, Spülmittel, Schwamm… ein Plus war die Kaffeemaschine. Die Lage ist ganz ok. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Aber abends ist es recht laut, dass wir abends zum Schlafen die Fenster schließen mussten. Ich würde das Apartment aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Het appartement is netjes, compleet, goed gelegen en heeft mooie balkons. de eigenaar heeft het goed onderhouden en aan bijna alles is gedacht.

Eine sehr moderne, großzügige Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten hat soweit alles gepasst. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Wir waren froh, dass ein Tiefgaragenplatz dabei war, denn im Umfeld ist die Parksituation sehr schwierig. Lediglich das Umfeld hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, uns war dort zu wenig geboten an Restaurants und an Möglichkeiten zum Bummeln, deshalb sind wir oft mit dem Auto z.B. nach Los Cristianos gefahren.

Excellant equipped apartment. Good contact with owners who ensured we had a pleasant stay. We found the information regarding location misleading as the property was well outside Costa Adeje. Local bus service close to entrance to connect to more vibrant resorts and beaches.

Un appartement 5 étoiles

L'appartement est parfait : meublé de façon moderne, équipé avec tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin (voir plus), situé dans une résidence luxueuse et récente avec piscine chauffée, parking souterrain.... Il faudrait être difficile pour lui trouver un défaut ! L'accueil réalisé par Nathalie est également idéal : une grande disponibilité et une grande sympathie. Encore merci pour ces vacances de rêve, que nous espérons renouveler dès que possible.

Schöner Urlaub im Ocean Garden Komplex

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der gut ausgestatteten und großzügigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Besonders die große und schöne Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnanlage ist sicher und sauber, auch der Pool war groß, schön und einladend. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch die Tiefgarage, da Parkplätze auf der Straße fast nicht vorhanden sind. In ca. 200 m Entfernung im Rosa Center gibt es Restaurants, Shops und einen Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf. Etienne, unser Vermieter hat sich regelmäßig nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit Natalie hat bestens geklappt. Einziger Minuspunkt, es gab keine deutschen TV-Sender. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, wir kommen wieder. Sylvia und Helmut

Toller Aufenthalt in tollem Appartment

Das Appartment befindet sich in einem neuen Gebäudekomplex und ist sehr geschmackvoll mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Anlage, das gesamte Gebäude und das Appartment waren sehr sauber. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und wir haben den großen Balkon sehr geschätzt. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr unkompliziert und der Vermieter hat sich regelmäßig nach unserem Befinden erkundigt und ob es offene Wünsche gibt. Die Reaktionszeit war sehr schnell. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es fußläufig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den Strand. Wir würden das Appartment bei erneutem Urlaub in Teneriffa wieder mieten! Absolute Empfehlung!

Eine super Zeit in einer super Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allem was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt! Der beheizte Pool ist gerade für die Kinder super, unsere sind 5 und 10 Jahre alt. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man die umliegenden Strände innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, als wir dort waren war der Strand den man auch zu Fuß erreichen kann leider wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen. Wir können die Unterkunft und den sehr netten Host zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden auch wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft war top sauber, alle Maßnahmen betreffend COVID-19 wurden super umgesetzt. 5 Sterne!

High grade property & host

Nous avons eu le plaisir de bénéficier du logement d’Etienne qui est très lumineux, design, bien positionné et très bien entretenu. Idéal pour une famille, la piscine commune remporte les suffrages ! Du côté des contacts avec le propriétaire, la rapidité, la correction et l’ouverture d’esprit sont fortement ancrés dans ses relations, ce qui s’est révélé d’autant plus appréciable que la situation exceptionnelle COVID19 a nécessité flexibilité et réadaptation de la durée du séjour. Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu de qualité et recommandons également d’y prendre le même soin qu’Etienne met à vous accueillir ;) (search for "DeepL Translate" for a qualitative translation in your mother tongue)

Fabulous family friendly apartment

Great location, very well equipped apartment, exactly as described, all amenities in close proximity. The apartment was perfectly clean as well as the communal areas. Fantastic heated pool. Highly recommended!

Fantastic holiday in tenerife

Beautiful apartment the photos do not do this justice , all needs catered for everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and memorable is provided. You could contact owner and he responded straight away and nothing was to much trouble. Good location with easy access to local transport and plenty of good restaurants to eat.. A lovely welcome a nice touch with a bottle of bubbly and nibbles. We cannot wait to return to this apartment next year. Thank you for everything Etienne and Sofia, we had a wonderful holiday x

Family trip to Tenerife

We had an amazing time in Tenerife. The apartment was exactly as described. Great location and all the facilities we needed. It was clean in the flat, communal areas and in the pools. Communication with the property manager was very easy as she answered immediately! Highly recommended place to stay if visiting Tenerife.

Wonderful apartment!

We had a great stay in this fully equipped, modern and clean apartment. Supermarket, restaurants and the beach are in walking distance and you get everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and we can totally recommend staying there!
