The complex is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the promenade and several restaurants and bars, yet it is a peaceful area from which to enjoy the views.
Layout
Coming through the front door, you come straight into the spacious living - dining room with an American style open plan kitchen. There are patio windows leading out to the south facing terrace for al fresco dining. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. There is a window looking out to the rear communal area for extra light and ventilation.
A hallway takes you to the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has direct access to the terrace, as well as a dressing area with three sets of built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with bath and a window. The second bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe and the bathroom opposite also with a bath and a window.

Location
The complex is a 5-minute walk from the beach from the promenade, restaurants and bars. There is a large selection of restaurants, bars and beach bars down on the sea front which is 450 metres away. The complex itself is located in a very quiet road, surrounded by mountain slopes and greenery.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.
