This elegant accommodation is perfect for business trips and holidays.
Large (110 sqm) and very bright, it is located within a private park of 6,000 sqm.
It is located in a quiet position, near Piazza Massaua, but equipped with all the services with large parking spaces always available and free.
You can easily reach every area of the city thanks to the nearby Metro and public transport services with a stop just outside our garden.
The apartment, furnished with care, is composed of:
living room entrance;
living room with dining room;
kitchen;
2 bedrooms;
2 bathrooms (bathtub and shower);
equipped terrace with park view
and balcony.
The dining room and the second bedroom can also be used as an office for smarth-working.
Each space is equipped with all the related services.
The size of the accommodation and its optimal subdivision guarantee ample privacy for guests as well as the possibility of obtaining dedicated work areas.
A cot with relative linen and various games are available. In the immediate vicinity there are several equipped play areas.
In addition to the apartment, it is possible to have free access to the communal garden.
