The house, with plenty of light, consists of a spacious entrance and a lovely lounge with a comfortable sofa, television and ceiling fan. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and the other with a double bed, and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen, independent and induction, has been recently renovated, and is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, wood-burning stove and two coffee machines, one filter and the other Nespresso. And just next to it are a large wooden table and chairs.



At the back of the house, there is a small and beautiful garden with a hot tub, two sun loungers and a parasol, and a covered terrace space with a table and chairs, to enjoy summer meals and dinners.



Important information:



By municipal regulation due to high temperatures during summer, the barbecue cannot be used from June to October.



The jacuzzi is available at no cost from 1 April to 31 October.

From June to September, the water is maintained at ambient temperature.

In April, May and October, the jacuzzi will be heated, although it will never exceed 30 °C.

To retain the heat, it is important to keep the jacuzzi covered with the thermal cover whenever it is not in use.



A bathrobe and slippers will be provided per person.

There is also a laundry room. At the top, and through some garden stairs, there is a fabulous terrace which can also be accessed from the double bedroom, with a small chill-out area and barbecue, as well as a yoga mat, pilates ring and rowing machine.



Among other amenities, the villa has access to the internet (WiFi), heat pump heating, air conditioning and open-air parking 90m away.
