The house "Cas Suis 9" of 110 m² is located in Campanet, in the north of Mallorca. The charming village is characterized by its winding architecture, its picturesque market and its beautiful village houses. Here you can still find the original holiday atmosphere of the Spanish Balearic island with fantastic views of the enchanting mountain landscape.



On the first floor of the elegant property you will find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and appliances, including washer and dryer and a complete bathroom. Upstairs there are two full bedrooms, both with twin beds and a full bathroom so it can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a Smart TV and satellite TV (German and Spanish channels). There is also a highchair and a crib available on request.

You can enter the house from the private parking lot or from the street.



The highlight of the house is the large outdoor area shared with another apartment Cas Suis 7 with a garden, covered and uncovered terraces, a large swimming pool, barbecue and a full bathroom. Several sun loungers and umbrellas invite you to spend hours in the sun by the pool. Here you can disconnect from the stress of everyday life.



Due to the excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached in just a 2-12 minute walk. There is a grocery store just around the corner (2 minutes walk, 240 m). The nearest beach "Platja de Muro" can be reached in 18 minutes by car (18 km). The airport of Palma de Mallorca can be reached in 30 minutes by car (45 km).



Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
