The large lawn area next to the house is ideal for ball games or other activities. You can also relax in the sun here.On the covered terrace, you can enjoy quiet summer evenings around the barbecue. The area is quiet and scenic. Here, the whole family can recharge their batteries. The sea is only a few minutes' walk from the house. The island of Als offers several interesting excursion destinations, including Danfoss Universe. From here, it is not far to the trading and port city of Sønderborg with its many cafés and restaurants as well as numerous shopping opportunities.Daily necessities and a local bakery are within 5 minutes' walking distance.
