This is a great place to stay. It was close to the Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Square. It was also easy to either walk or ride the bus to all the other sites. There are lots of choices for dining just outside the door. I felt like it put you in a great place to see, smell and hear Rome. We had a very pleasant stay.

Amazing location in Prati!

We had a great time in this apartment. Location was perfect. The street has beautiful restaurants and cafes with out cars! Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. WiFi was not as good as expected and we had to work a little so was a bit inconvenient. We would love to back to this place anytime!

This is a great property in a relatively safe part of town. There was easy access to the Vatican and within walking distance of many bus lines. There were lots of great places to eat and wonderful shops within blocks. If you are looking for a quiet place, this may not be the property for you because there are many restaurants that stay open late just outside the windows. However, the convenience of everything, in our opinion, far outweighs the noise factor. We had a small issue with a non-working toilet, but the property manager was very communicative and took care of it within a couple days. The elevator was extremely helpful in getting all of our luggage up and down into the property. Overall, we felt this was a great place and would definitely stay there again!
The street life outside the property at night!
Building from street. Windows of second from top row are the property.

Thank you for such a thorough review! Glad the location worked so well for reaching the Vatican and getting around by bus, and that the elevator made hauling luggage a lot easier. Sorry about the toilet issue, but glad our team was able to get it sorted quickly. The area does have a lively side to it, so it's helpful for future guests to know what to expect. Really glad it all added up to a great stay — hope to host you again! The WonderWhereToStay Team

Our stay here was incredible. There’s just two things that I will point out number one. The restaurants downstairs starts to set up at eight 8:15 in the morning sharp and it is very loud so if you stay here, I suggest earplugs and noise machine otherwise everything is comfortable. There are also fruit flies which they came into treat. It helped a little bit, but it’s just common in Italy. They’re just everywhere is what we realized. There is an in unit washer and dryer combination. We used it. It was hard to figure out, but we figured it out. Local to everything lots of walking to main attractions -cabs are very easy to get. Don’t leave your key at home. The door is nearly impossible to open. Talk about a secure place. It’s like a five bolt lock. We didn’t even get it correct until a day or two prior to leaving our trip. The apartment is very nice spacious plenty of room for 234. People will definitely be renting this again in the future. The Greeter Flavio was fantastic. Our communication while we were there and the transport to and from were seamless.

Thank you for such a thorough and generous review — it's clear from all the detail that you really settled in and made yourself at home. We appreciate you flagging the early morning noise from the restaurants below and the fruit fly situation — useful for us to keep an eye on, along with the lock, which we know can take a bit of practice at first. Glad the space, the transport arrangements, and our team's support all came together to make it such a smooth stay. Hope to have you back again soon! Best regards, WonderWhereToStay

Great except for its Challenges

We so wanted to enjoy our stay but this turned out to be a disaster. The apartment was nice and bright but was not ready when we arrived. We waited 2 hours for it to be cleaned (4 hours after the check in hour). Luckily there was a cafe downstairs. Unfortunately after dinner we got stuck between floors in the elevator. Maintenance sent someone who was there within an hour. They fixed it temporarily but said it would not be completely fixed for a couple more days due to a holiday. My wife uses a wheelchair and had to leave it downstairs (there are 2 steps to the elevator) and walk up two large flights to get to the apartment. This was very dangerous for my wife as she has difficulty walking, but moving to a hotel would also be difficult after a long travel day so we stayed. The next day we got stuck again. Another hour in a glass box in 80F heat. We now have a phobia of elevators. I would still recommend this unit if you are able bodied, okay with taking the stairs, bring your own supplies, don’t plan to cook and don’t mind the water going hot and cold during your shower. The location was great. We loved the restaurants and proximity to both the Vatican and the river. The unit itself is bright but the doors had a finicky lock, the stovetop and washer/dryer were difficult to figure out, a bidet is in front of the entry to the shower, and they provided the bare minimum in supplies. Luckily there are markets nearby. And luckily my wife did not fall down the stairs
