This luxury villa with private pool is located in Vasciano, a small village close to Todi. The villa is easily accessible, beautifully located and has breathtaking views. The villa has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for a family or vacation with friends.

The landscape consists of rolling hills with fields, vineyards, olive groves and forests. Nice cities to visit are Perugia and Assisi (50 km), Orvieto (40 km), Florence (190 km), Arezzo (125 km) , Rome (125 km) and Siena (140 km). The area is known for its medieval borgos, archaeological sites, fortresses, castles, villas, churches and monuments.

The villa was newly built in 2016 with authentic materials. In the garden is the swimming pool, ideal for a refreshing dip on a summer day. From the covered terrace you can enjoy a great view of the famous city of Todi.
