Furnished apartment with a modern and refined style located in the heart of the Historic Centre in the Dorsoduro Sestiere, a very elegant and quiet area of Venice. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two spacious bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two shower bathrooms. Wooden floors, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

This place has a good location and is clean, but the experience in it of itself was unpleasant. On the first day, we arrived during heat warnings and got the news that 1 of the AC system was non-functioning. However that was a lie and they were all broken, which made our stay unbearable. After, the appartement was missing a lot of essential utilities (i.e. dish soap, salt, and a lot more) which we had to procure ourselves. The sink was blocked as well.

Buongiorno, siamo molto spiacenti per quanto accaduto. Non era una bugia: quando sei arrivato uno dei condizionatori era effettivamente guasto e, successivamente, si è verificato un problema all’intero impianto, rendendo la casa molto calda. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a ripristinare immediatamente il sistema di raffrescamento e ci dispiace sinceramente per il disagio causato. Comprendiamo che questo problema abbia reso la tua vacanza meno piacevole e ce ne rammarichiamo profondamente.
