Kitchen was great, rooms also great, bathrooms small and need shelf space, but ok, loved having Netflix on the tv for family movies.

Great location, lots of space, luggage storage available

Location near the Rialto Bridge was a plus. The apartment was large with 3 big bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Although the showers are on the small size. Kitchen was well appointed as was the laundry room. Bedroom air conditioning units were adequate and is needed in the summer months. One room seemed to have mosquitos. I would recommend this unit to others. Having storage available for luggage prior to check in was plus. Keyless entry made check in easy. Communication was very good and they were very helpful especially getting you a water taxi to and from the train station.

Location, location, location

This apartments number 1 asset is its location, right next to the Rialto Bridge. Huge apartment with 3 big bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen was well appointed as was the laundry room. Bedroom air conditioning units were a must as Venice was REALLY hot and HUMID in early July. Worth noting, lots of mosquitos in Venice this time of the year. Had nothing to do with the apartment, I don't think, but do bring your bug spray. I would recommend this unit to others.

Bed Bugs Beware!

Stayed in the apartment a couple weeks ago and found bed bugs in three of the beds. When we first contacted the property manager he told me they were just mosquitos… we are from Georgia we know what mosquitos look like. After we finally convinced him they were bed bugs he argued that it was his responsibility to do anything about it. Eventually at midnight we had to lug all of our belongings across Venice to a new apartment. When we contacted them about a refund we were told they would only refund a third of the cost of our stay since “we stayed the first night”. This resolution is completely unacceptable as the bed bugs were clearly there the entire time and there was evidence that they had recently attempted to eliminate them. VRBO has been completely useless in resolving this issue and keeps saying it is up to the host. I would highly recommend NOT booking this unit and looking for better options with better customer service
