Apartment with terrace in the Historic Centre of Venice, recently renovated. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Magnificent terrace with a view of the Church of San Gregorio. High-level furnishings. The location is extraordinary, just a few steps from the Basilica della Salute and just 5 minutes by vaporetto from St. Mark's Square (10 minutes on foot). Attention: second floor with steep stairs. Accommodation not suitable for children. Upon request, 2 additional beds (sofa bed). Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival) ID: IT027042B472VTRWC3.

Excellent location. Super cute building, very private. A guide met us and escorted us to the apartment. That was a nice welcome and so very helpful.

Perfect location in Dorsoduro near the Salute stop. Excellent communication with the host. Met promptly at the vaporetto stop and accompanied to the apartment. We were able to drop our luggage off early. Be prepared to carry luggage up steep stairs!

Erst top , dann flop!!!Nach einem reibungslosen check-in am Samstag, der ernüchternden Wahrnehmung der kargen, lieblosen Dachplattform - kam dann Montag ab 7:30 Uhr der Knaller!!!! Presslufthammer, Bohrmaschine Parterre dafür oben kaum Wasserdruck, weil der unten für die Baustelle abgezapft wurde!!! Die Hausverwaltung stellte dich „überrascht“, was bei einem Rohbauzustand für mich schlicht gelogen erscheint!!! Reguliert oder erstattet wurde NIX!!!DEFINITIV nicht zu empfehlen - verlogene Kommunikation! Schade für den Preis (fast 900,00 für 5 Nächte bei übrigens abgezähltem, sparsamen Equipment)!

Für alle, die nicht mehr so fit sind, könnte es schwierig werden, die sehr steilen, schmalen und brösligen Treppen hinaufzukommen. Das sollte so kommuniziert werden. Für uns war es noch ok. Wieman mit großen Koffern hinaufkäme ist ein Rätsel.

Buongiorno, hai ragione: le scale per raggiungere l’appartamento sono ripide. Proprio per questo motivo, nella descrizione dell’annuncio è specificato chiaramente “Attenzione: secondo piano con scale ripide”. Riteniamo quindi che l’informazione sia stata indicata in modo trasparente e ben visibile prima della prenotazione. Speriamo comunque che, al di là di questo aspetto, il tuo soggiorno e la tua vacanza siano stati piacevoli. Cordiali saluti.

Fast wie über den Wolken

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer eher ruhigen Ecke von Dorsoduro, absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse (steile Treppe) wo wir täglich in der Morgensonne gefrühstückt haben.
