Apartment in the Historic Centre with canal view, a few minutes' walk from Rialto Bridge. The apartment consists of an open-plan living area with dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge corner with a sofa bed (for one person). The apartment is completed by a spacious triple room and a recently renovated bathroom with bathtub. Upon request 1 additional bed (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

Great location

The apartment was very nice and in a great location, very safe and secure area. The only drawback was it was a little noisy at night and early in the morning from the outside noise, but I would definitely stay again

Great place to stay. Apartment was nice and as described. Would stay again.

Very clean nice apartment. In a quiet part of Venice. Is a little walk to get to all attractions but wasnt bad. We would stay again and recommend to everyone

Excellent apartment in Venice

Pros: Good location, the apartment is clean with good amenities. Communication with owner was smooth and they were flexible in us doing an early check in. Cons: WiFi does not work well, bathroom doesn’t not have a shower
