"Feels Like Home" – Charming Apartments in Rethymno Old Town
Just 100m far from the “Porta Guora”, the old gate of the town, which separates the old city from the new, is the ideal place for holiday for those who want to have all comforts.
“Feels Like Home”, is a fully renovated building, keeping the style of the older building, but also provides all modern comforts and style. It consists of 3 individual apartments; 1 studio, 1 loft and 1 two-bedroom apartment.
Located in the “heart” of Rethymno, you can wonder around and admire the architecture of the old town. Just 1km far from the beach and 400m far from the Venetian harbor is the best choice to meet life in Rethymno!
In 500m is the Fortezza Castle of Rethymno, Historical and Folklore museum of Rethymno in 300m.
Around the house there are restaurants, bars, café and anything you may want.
Layout of the House:
Interior
The house consists of 2 floors and 3 apartments and covers 150m2, renovated in modern design and fully air-conditioned.
The Studio covers 35m2 and can sleep up to 3 people, two in a double bed (160x200cm) and one more in a sofa –bed.
The Apartment covers 65m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with two double beds (160x200cm) each, and two bathrooms. Two more people can be accommodated in a sofa-bed, as it becomes a double bed.
The Loft covers 40m2. 2 people can be accommodated in a double bed (160x200cm) and 1 more in a sofa-bed.
Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen, the Loft and the Studio have 1 bathroom each and the apartment has two. All of them have a shower.
Exterior
On the second floor, each apartment has its private roof-garden of the studio with the charcoal BBQ.
Property Information:
• Housekeeping, linen and towels changed once a week.
• The apartments include washing machine and tumble dryer, television with satellite reception, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, electric kitchen, toaster, French coffee maker, BBQ , iron and iron board.
• For the younger guests, a baby cot is provided upon request.
• Air-condition in all areas is included.
• Wi-Fi coverage in the whole house is free.
• “Dream your Villa” concierge assistance 24/7.
**Very Important notice**
All Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. We are obliged by Greek Government to keep records of our guests.

“Feels like home” is located in the heart of Rethymno old town. Near the Fortezza Castle, and the Public Garden is easy to wonder around, admire the architecture of our beautiful old town and eventually love it!
The house is next to one of the two main commercial roads (Ethnikis Antistaseos), where the shops are. A wide range of services and amenities are available close by, including taxis, public parking lots, bakeries, ATM machine, mini markets and supermarkets, post office, churches, pharmacies, clothing and shoe shops, etc and more. Even the hospital is near.
Walking down the street you will find in 200m, "Platanos" square (Titou Petyxaki square), with the Rimondi Fountain. There, you will find a variety of restaurants and bars, for example, Vernardou Street with "mezedopolia", little tavernas offering small local dishes called "meze".

Near is also Arkadiou Street, the second commercial road with a variety of shops. Across Arkadiou is Eleftheriou Venizelou Street, where most cafes and bars can be found. This is a nice place to walk by the beach in the evenings, as in summer the cars are not allowed to drive there and throughout the old town.
Every Thursday, in the public parking area, takes place the local market starting early in the morning, where you may find fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as local souvenirs.
