unkomplizierter Check-in, guter Kontakt vorab per WhatsApp mit der Agentur, Ausstattung alles soweit vorhanden, WLAN gut, schöne Balkone mit spektakulären Ausblicken auf die Bucht und den Strand, Kuhglocken vom Feld hinter dem Haus sind auch schön, kleiner Supermarkt leicht zu Fuß erreichbar, Parken vor dem Haus kein Problem, wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt!

Magnifique vue pour ce logement de vacances

Terrasse très appréciable pour les repas : matin, midi et soir. Vue incroyable. Vous pouvez aller à pieds sur le port, dans les restaus, faire quelques courses. Attention à la côte pour le retour à la maison, ça grimpe ! Nous avons été jusqu'aux plages à pieds aussi, nous étions 4 adultes. C'est réalisable mais en étant en bonne condition physique. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de vacances. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire et la concierge.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful views from the terrace, comfortable bedrooms and pleasant walks with our dog. San Vicente was wonderful and our teenage son enjoyed surfing at the nearby beaches. Host was communicative and responsive when we had a couple of questions on arrival. Car is essential to go down to the restaurants near the harbour, because it's up a bit of a hill to get back up to the house.

Tolles Haus mit perfekter Aussicht

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Frühstück auf der Terrasse ein Traum. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin komplikationslos, freundlich und sehr hilfreich.

The perfect house

The views are breathtaking-better than the pictures.You are at the top of the town so we drove down the hill and parked in the large car park there and then walked.The most beautiful town and very helpful hosts.

Perfect beach location

Very nice location with great view + close to the beach and mountains. We teally enjoyed staing there. The house was also great.

Spectacular

We spent 5 wonderful days here. We used the house as a base to explore the nearby towns and surfing beaches. Our favorite town and beach of the whole region was San Vicente itself. In San Vicente there are breathtaking views at every turn. The local beach is spectacular and has great surfing and a good selection of surf shops providing board rentals. And Oyambre beach is also just 10 minutes drive along a coastal road with spectacular views. We found the restaurants in the town to be great - and very reasonably priced. The house itself is perfect. It is exactly as pictured except that the views are even more stunning in person. There are 180 degree views over the surfing beach, the harbor, the town and the mountains. The view is so spectacular it seems unreal. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and take in the view. Encarna and her husband were wonderful hosts - very warm and welcoming and very responsive to texts etc. All in all a fantastic stay! I would definitely come back.

Puente del Pilar en San Vicente

Todo ha estado según esperábamos. La única pega es que la puerta del garaje no funciona correctamente. El resto todo genial, situación de la casa, presión del agua, aparatos eléctricos, etc., etc. Y siempre con un teléfono disponible para cualquier duda. Muchas gracias.

Vistas inmejorables

La casa está en la mejor ubicación de todo San Vicente con vistas al pueblo, a la ría y a las playas de Meron. Impresionante. La casa muy cómoda y no nos ha faltado de nada. La persona que nos entregó las llaves, un verdadero amor de persona. Sin duda repetiremos si podemos!

Breathtaking views, excellent accommodation

All guests were blown away by the views, very pleased with the quality and cleanliness of the house, and commented on how comfortable the beds and pillows are. Encara is a lovely host, very communicative, and helpful with local information. San Vicente de la Barquera is an ideal base to take trips to Oyambre beach, Comillas, Potes, Llanes, etc. We were 100% pleased with our choice to stay at Encara's property.

La casa es muy recomendable en todos los sentidos, el enclave no puede ser más idílico y las vistas a la ría, pueblo, playas y picos de Europa inimaginables en directo, son tan increíbles o más que en el anuncio, como una imagen de postal !. Magnifique maison, avec vue époustouflante

La maison est magnifique, nous nous sommes senti très à notre aise. La vue depuis les différentes terrasses/balcons, est splendide. C'est en enchantement de prendre ses repas dans ce cadre. La cuisine est bien équipée, ce qui n'est pas si souvent le cas dans les locations de vacances, il faut donc le souligner. Le centre ville est à 15 minutes à pieds, mais comme la maison est en hauteur, la chemin du retour monte pas mal, c'est tout à fait faisable cependant, y compris pour des enfants. En revanche, pour accéder à la plage, la voiture est nécessaire, de toute façon la région est superbe, cela vaut donc le coup de sillonner le coin.

Wonderful holidays

We had wonderful holidays at Encarna’s house. The 180-degree view over the town, sea and mountains was fabulous. We were welcomed by Dora and her husband who are extremely nice people. We can only recommend that property. The only negative point is that the bedding is not very comfortable for “sensitive” backs.
