El Marquesau is a recently constructed building that blends seamlessly into its rural, natural surroundings. It was built using high-quality materials, some of which—such as stone—were salvaged from the existing structures. The complex is situated on a 2,700 m² south-facing lot with beautiful views of a native forest. In each home, the large windows in the living room open onto a porch at the foot of an exclusive pool with a private sun deck and a whirlpool area.

We had a wonderful stay at El Marquesau! The house is comfortable, clean, modern and spacious. It is in a peaceful location and felt very private. Great swimmingpool shared with neighbours, big enough for swimming laps. Good Wifi too. Excellent base to explore the many beaches and the Picos. We felt at home and hope to return someday, thank you Maria for everything!

Serenity

We were fortunate to have the whole property to ourselves.- no guests in the other unit. sitting by the pool with the sound of the waterfall after a long day of sightseeing was most relaxing.

The apartment looks great, the shared swimming pool is large and the surroundings quiet. We used the (shared) barbecue frequently. The host is very friendly and reacts fast. The main bedroom is very large, the bed however could use an upgrade. From the apartment nice trips to the picos d Europe, Oviedo, Santander and beach towns can perfectly be made. There is sufficient privacy wrt the other apartment.

Beautiful and tranquil villa with gorgeous pool

The villa exceeded expectations, it was spacious, clean and airy with vaulted ceilings, so relaxing and the garden around is so peaceful, with tree frogs singing in the evenings. A beautiful natural spot. The pool is really gorgeous and we had a few lovely sunny days lounging and dipping happily. The village is very charming, lovely to wander in the mist. There are markets with local produce in the neighbouring villages, some really great local restaurants as well. The beach is a short drive away and many other lovely beaches around. Plenty of opportunities for walking too and the mountains not too far. We had a truly relaxing and magical time here and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Stunning villa, fabulous location

The villa is beautiful and finished to a high standard, plenty spacious inside and out. The bbq is area and garden is stunning with a small stream at the bottom of the garden. We loved our stay and will be back next year! The owner is very helpful and incredibly responsive to messages. Couldn't fault him, we also had the pleasure of a Llanes Ralley running through the village, which was really interesting to see. Just to clarify it is two seperate villas, sharing one pool which was not too clear from the listing but it was not a problem to us. Would have been nice to see the pool lights lit up at night but again not a big deal. The whole region is simply beautiful and thoroughly recommend it, i would suggest learning some basic spanish before coming. Can't recommend enough!

Maravillosa casa en Noriega

La casa es muy acogedora y esta en un enclave paradisiaco. Muy limpia y completa. Pero lo mejor, el trato de los dueños, son encantadores y tuvieron muchos detalles con nosotros. Recomendamos visitar la olaya de La Franco y comen en el Cabañon.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wohnung, Garten und Pool ergänzen sich wunderbar zum entspannen. Ruhige Lage mit Blick in eine grüne Landschaft. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und reagieren prompt über WhatsApp-App. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet. Mehr gGeschirr wäre hilfreich und auch eine bequeme Situgelegenheit mehr.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Garten

Das Haus ist in zwei nebeneinanderliegende Ferienwohnungen mit je eigenem Eingang unterteilt. Der Garten und auch der Pool ist entgegen der Information im Inserat also nicht privat, sondern man muss ihn mit den Mietern der anderen Haushälfte teilen! Ansonsten ist das Objekt aber wirklich sehr schön. Das Haus geräumig, hell und modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist fantastisch und es ist sehr ruhig. Ein Highlight ist der große Pool, der Garten und die hübsche Sommerküche mit BBQ. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert via Schlüsseltresor. Ein paar Kleiderhaken und Ablageflächen im Flur, der Küche und den Bädern wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten ist das Objekt aber sehr zu empfehlen!
