Comfortable house in a fantastic location

Spent nine nights here and really enjoyed our time. Amazing views from the terrace, a great spot for eating. The house is clean, well equipped and comfortable.

The place was clean, the location perfect and the view out of this world! We will stay here when we come back to San Vicente. The host was super responsive which made everything super easy.

Highly recommended, great views

The house was very large, clean and tastefully decorated. It had a beautiful terrace with an impressive view of the sea, the bay and the town of San Vicente. Alicia, the landlady, always answered all questions promptly and helpfully. Cira, the supervisor in San Vicente, gave us helpful tips on site. We highly recommend the house and the village of San Vicente.

Fabulous Week in San Vicente

You will not find a more beautiful view from a well-maintained condo. Owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Note that the kitchen is not equipped with any spices, olive oil or other cooking foods. Kitchen is well-equipped with normal cooking utensils. Would love to come back

Das Haus hat eine außergewöhnlich gute Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Rundblick über das Meer, die Stadt, die Flussmündung und die Picos de EuropaDie Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer sind relativ klein und das zweite Bad ist zwei Etagen tiefer im Keller.

Una muy buena experiencia

Tanto la casa, que es como se anuncia, como el trato recibido han sido estupendos. Alicia y Cira han estado pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesitásemos. La casa tiene unas vistas espectaculares aunque es cierto que hasta el pueblo hay un paseo.

Una casa preciosa en un entorno maravilloso

Todo ha ido genial. La casa está genial. Muy bien decorada, limpísima, completamente equipada y con unas vistas maravillosas. Llevamos 10 años veraneando en San Vicente de la Barquera y es el mejor alojamiento que hemos tenido. Muy recomendable.

Lo mejor, las vistas

Chalet adosado con unas vistas extraordinarias sobre la ria de San Vicente de la Barquera. Amplio, pero escasamente aprovechado. Camas pequeñas y con colchones de calidad muy justa. Equipamiento general muy básico. Un inmueble con enormes posibilidades si mejorara la cantidad y calidad del equipamiento.

Hemos estado la última semana de julio los 5 de la familia y nuestra mascota La casa acogedora y luminosa Vistas preciosas de toda la ría de San Vicente Silenciosa. Solo te despiertan las gaviotas Cerca del centro. El único inconveniente las empinadas calles al regresar a casa caminando. Merece la pena repetir

Excelente

Las vistas son fabulosas, echamos mucho de menos los desayunos en esa espléndida terraza. La casa muy bien equipada (únicamente nos ha faltado algún servicio más en los cubiertos), la estancia ha sido realmente agradable. Playa, montaña, buena temperatura. Lo újnico que no echamos de menos son las cuestas.

Stunning view

We loved sitting on the balcony admiring the beautiful panoramic view. The owner always responded to our messages promptly in Spanish but also in excellent English. Parking was no problem and we could walk to the town.

Very spacious, great view, very calm.

This nice apartment is very well located near great beaches and close to Picos de Europa. It's very clean and very spacious. The whole family loved it!!! I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place

We stayed here four days with our four daughters in June. It is a very lovely townhouse with plenty of room for everyone. Gorgeous views of the harbor and town. We took many lovely walks to town and the opposite direction along country roads with beautiful scenery of farms and the coastline. Very short distance to towns of Santillana Del Mar, Comillas, Oviedo and many others.

I was born and raised in San Vicente de la Barquera. I´ve traveled the world and lived in many countries. But I always return to San Vicente seeking peace and longing for the beautiful beach, the amazing landscape, the warm character of the locals and, last but not least, the fantastic gastronomy.

The property name, Buena Vista, tells all about the breathtaking views from the cottage.
The location is unique, overlooking the mountains, the village and the beach. Every six hours the landscape changes with the tides. You can watch it happening while you are taking a sip of your drink and seated comfortably in the varanda.
The house is near the village though is located within the Oyambre Natural Park.
