The apartment has two cosy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. Both rooms include a wardrobe for storage and a desk/dressing table, making it convenient if you need a space to work or get ready for the day.

The living room is a warm and welcoming space where you can relax after a day exploring London. It features comfortable seating and a Smart TV for your entertainment. There is also a dining table with seating for four, perfect for enjoying meals together.

Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. I kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow time for proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out - this can be added for an additional charge, as long as there is at least 24 hours' notice.



Mid-stay cleans: if you would like additional cleaning and linen services during your stay, these can be provided for an additional fee. Please get in touch if you have any questions.



Please note Roost does not provide storage for luggage, personal belongings, or mail, and cannot accept post or packages under any circumstances. Guests are not permitted to use the property's post boxes, and any mail received will be returned to sender. Lost property must be collected within 14 days of checkout, after which it will be disposed of. Return of lost items by mail may be offered at the guest’s expense but is not guaranteed and is at Roost’s discretion.
