This charming Brixton flat offers a warm and contemporary retreat in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. Thoughtfully styled with inviting colours, natural textures and modern touches, it is the ideal base for guests looking to enjoy comfort, character and excellent access to the city.
The home accommodates four guests across two calming bedrooms, fitted with a king sized bed and a double sized bed designed for rest and relaxation. It features one well-appointed bathroom with a combined bath and shower, along with a separate WC for added convenience. Set on the ground floor, the flat offers an easy and practical layout for couples, families or friends travelling together.
The living spaces are beautifully curated, blending modern lines with playful pops of colour to create a boutique-apartment feel. A plush navy sofa and bright cushions sit beneath large bay windows, allowing soft natural light to fill the room and highlight the wooden floors and carefully chosen artwork. The dining area provides a welcoming space for shared meals or relaxed evenings in. The contemporary kitchen continues the stylish theme with sleek cabinetry, warm wooden worktops and high-quality appliances, including a Nespresso machine for effortless morning coffees. Beyond the living area lies a private garden, a rare find in London, offering a peaceful outdoor corner with seating surrounded by mature greenery, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city.

* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
* Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
