I am glad your write up said you enjoyed the condo and the building. It really not reflect the three star review. The internet is listed as shared with the building in the write up and unfortunately that is what is paid for through the HOA. This condo is well taken care of and has never had a review below four stars.

Thank you for your review. The hall bathroom shower head can be turned off and on by pulling down or pushing up the piece at the base of the water spigot (where the water pours out for a bath). There is an on/off valve that looks like the spigot. Thank you!

We wish we had been informed about the cleaning problems when you checked into the condo. We are more than willing to call our housekeepers back in if any problems are found. Since you requested an early check-in when you arrived at our office, our housekeepers did end up rushing to get the unit cleaned and we were unable to do our normal check behind them. We are not able to guarantee early check-ins due to cleaning and we do inform our renters of that but had we been informed prior to your arrival we would have been able to alert the cleaners when they began earlier in the day instead of in the afternoon causing them to run. We would have loved to know when you checked in an hour early if there were problems and would have addressed them promptly. We do only supply one roll of paper towels to start our renters off and it is listed in your information. We would have been glad to answer any questions regarding what was included had they been asked. When you asked to book the extra day we informed you of the correct price. Upon declining to book it we agreed to allow you for a late check-out if the unit did not rent. The condo rented for the Saturday you were checking out. We still allowed for a check-out 2 hours later than check out time. We had to inform you that could not allow for a check-out at 3pm as an hour is not enough time to get the condo ready for rental. We were more than willing to allow you to store your luggage at our office both when you arrived early and stayed later and we did inform you of this. Both early check-in and late check-out we did for no additional fee. The washer having a problem was not something we could have planned and we are very grateful that the appliance company was able to fix it so quickly as it is a normal of 2 weeks to a month normal turn around for those calls at any of the companies in town. Had we been alerted they left a mess after fixing it we would have gladly sent housekeeping in to clean up. We appreciate the feedback and will be sure to pass it on - we just wish these problems were alerted to us while you were here so we could do our best to help
