Located on the 8th floor this three bedroom, two full bath condo is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach, with dining, shopping, golf, and live entertainment all minutes away. Relax, unwind, and enjoy the view of the Ocean from the owner’s suite, living room, and private balcony. This is truly a perfect vacation spot for listening to the rolling waves while watching the sun rise and set. Our home comfortably sleeps 6 people and has a kitchen equipped with the necessary essentials, a wet bar, and full size washer and dryer. The property also offers on-site parking, private beach access and swimming pool.

Beautiful Property

In all my years of visiting N Myrtle Beach, this property tops all the ones I rented before and I'm talking over 20 years. This was my first stay at this property. The owner was very helpful and the place was beautiful. Very clean and I wanted for nothing. I will definitely be staying again even solo. TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

We had a great time! Everything was clean and there were so many little extras included. The place was comfortable with lots of pillows and cozy blankets. Listening to the waves while in the living room with the sliding door opened was incredibly relaxing. After check in, the owner sent a message to see if everything was okay. They seemed very attentive to their guests. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved it. The condo was very clean and recently updated it appeared. Only thing we didn’t care for was the pool. It is small and outdated.

Outstanding location on Crescent Beach!

This is a wonderful property in North Myrtle Beach in the Crescent Beach neighborhood. Place was very clean, grounds cleaned every day and the pool was wonderful. Close to everything and the extra parking across the street was a plus. Very tight parking lot and our large truck needed extra space. The description was spot on!

Awesome Condo with a view

This condo met ALL our expectations. Beautifully decorated and convenient to everything. Easy check in/ check out process. Very safe building. Had my 85yo mother with me, the handicapped shower saved the day. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo. It's awesome.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

My family had a lovely stay! The condo included everything we needed to be comfortable and to prepare breakfast and lunch. We chose to eat dinner at various local restaurants. The location is a 5-10 minute drive from Barefoot Landing and a 10-15 minute drive to the Tanger Outlets. The property was clean and beautifully finished. My favorite feature was the wall of windows in the main living space with a swivel chair in front. I was able to enjoy the ocean from inside as well as the from the balcony. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo inside was very clean, nicely decorated. and spacious. No complaints. Our car door was severely damaged by another vehicle , no note left and no cameras outside . There was a party across the street and road noise was obvious from the two front bedrooms. Pool was dirty and in need of up keep. Elevators were consistently dirty and moldy smelling . The landing outside of condo had sopping wet carpet from rain which leads into the condo. Thankfully the inside was welcoming.
