This building is a 9 story smaller condo with a pool and outside shower. Due to being a smalled complex, there is no waiting for elevators and making space on the beach in front of it. I love the location of the building. We stayed in the 8 unit towards Myrtle and had great views. The condo itself was describe accurately, clean but certainly showed it's age, not many updates. We do recommend the owners putting sometype of carpets down the tiled hallway due to the floor getting wet from humidity or coming in and out from the beach. They were very slick. We would stay there again.
