We liked the property. It is quite and peaceful and close to ocean. The staff at Violias restaurant was nice and the and food was reasonably priced. The only disappointment is the carpeting in our room was dirty and worn out.

Loved it here

We liked it so much that we're planning to return this summer. Great service, fabulous staff, plenty to do but still quiet, easy access to beaches and restaurants. Love, love, love it there!

Great Place to Relax.

My villa was steps from the pool and only two minutes to the ocean. A perfect place to get recharged with the comforts of a home kitchen in the villa or a few steps to Viola’s restaurant. Service is on island time at the restaurant so relax and dont be rushed. Everyone on the property was gracious and helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends and will definitely be back whenever I’m on Paradise Island.

Would definitely stay here again

Lovely property close to the beach and an easy walk to nearby shoppes and restaurants. Violas restaurant on site was one of the best places we ate. The staff was always helpful and the villa was clean and comfortable.

Lovely Spot

Nice quiet spot on Paradise Island. Loved being near the private beach access and next to the pool. Front office lady was very helpful and her cabbie referral was the best. Thanks for a great stay!

Walking distance to Atlantis

Very nice and clean property as well helpful staff. The one bedroom condo I stayed in was basic, but provided everything I needed at a reasonable cost. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location at the beach. Quiet. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The outdoor and pool areas are beautiful. Very good restaurant with reasonable prices.

Great location ..beautiful spot

Smaller, quaint property with nice restaurant, two pools and directly on Cabbage Beach. Rooms a little older, but very clean. Special shout out to Chantice at the front desk who was so accommodating and helpful. We will be back!

Terrific, romantic secret spot

I said I wouldn't give this a review because I don't want anyone else staying there… But it's just not fair… Fantastic… 20 feet away from a pool, and a two-minute walk to the most beautiful water you will ever see… The place at first seems a little dated, and it is but get past it because it is a fantastic day… My partner said it was like sleeping on a cloud… we will definitely be back.

That location was nice especially if you don't have a car people were friendly staff was very helpful my units could have used new carpeting the grounds needs to be updated. Overall my wife and I were happy with the unions and the location.

First time here. Compared to other island destinations it is above average location. Below average condition of property. Overall stay was pleasant. Dont expect the Atlantis, but better than a Holiday Inn.

Cute beach condo

This was a small but big enough condo within walking distance to the beach. Our unit was directly on front of the pool which was super convenient and also next to Violas which is the restaurant on site - with very yummy food. Overall good experience here. Front desk staff, security, and restaurant staff were all very nice. Would stay here again.

The Staff were amazing!!! The beach was incredible. The pools were awesome. Everything was lovely . Not too big a property so it retained Bahamian authenticity. Would highly recommend this property. Don't bother if you want a Las Vegas vacation like Atlantis. Thisproperty was perfect!!

Beautiful pool and the best beach on the island!

Although the service at the restaurant was mediocre, the receptionist was nice and friendly and helpful. The property interior was so-so but the location could not be beat. You can walk to Atlantis or anywhere on Paradise Island.

Great location -- Interiors could use a refresh

The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury" place to stay, but is it could work for families on a budget.

Great combo of beach and pool

Our week in Nassau was wonderful. The beach was clean and right outside the back of the property. There are several vendors so getting drinks and snacks were super easy. The pool is just outside the small patio area. Quite a nice treat after sitting on the beach. The only drawback was the on-site restaurant. Good food but slow service. Definitely not a reason to not book it again though. Thanks

Perfect location, well maintained yet reasonable

We had a wonderful stay at Unit 103. Very well maintained and cozy. Perfect for my family of 2 adults and one 8 year old. The swimming pool was a bit small but very clean. Loved to relax in the shades of coconut trees. Cabbage beach is right on the backyard. All the resort staff were very nice and friendly. Violas on the property was reasonable and food was great. Away from the crowded Atlantis but if needed can reach Atlantis by 5 mins walking. We spent our evening by walking inside Atlantis and visiting their aquarium which is free to visit after 5 pm. Will stay here again and I highly recommend this resort.
