Dear Elsie, Thank you for your feedback. Cleanliness is very important to me, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to every arrival. Aside from the Nespresso tray oversight (which has been addressed) the property was prepared and presented in clean condition. The microwave lightbulb was replaced immediately after checkout and the bathtub refinishing had already been scheduled and has now been completed. The additional concerns mentioned were reviewed and not found to reflect the overall condition of the condo. Minor cosmetic wear on outdoor items can occur in coastal environment and comfort preferences for pillows and sofa firmness naturally vary by guest. I am proud that the majority of my guests have had very positive experiences and I remain committed to to maintaining a clean, well-maintained, and accurately represented property. Steve
