Carrer de Ermita de Bellvitge is located in the city of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, in the province of Barcelona, Spain. The area is known for being a quiet residential neighbourhood, surrounded by local shops, restaurants and bars. It is located close to the famous Plaza Europa and the Gran Via 2 shopping centre, which has a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

The history of the area dates back to the 12th century, when the church of Bellvitge, after which the neighbourhood is named, was built. For centuries, the area was mainly agricultural and did not develop until the 20th century. In the 1960s, the neighbourhood experienced a building boom, with the construction of numerous houses and the arrival of new residents.

Despite being a residential neighbourhood, there are many tourist attractions close to the flat, including FC Barcelona's Camp Nou stadium, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Barcelona's city centre is also easily accessible by public transport, with the Bellvitge metro stop just a few minutes' walk from the flat.

The most convenient option to get to the apartment from the airport is to take a taxi. On the other hand, you can take the bus in Terminal 2 of airport number 46 to the Hospital Oncològic stop and then you just have to walk to the floor,

From the apartment to Plaza Catalunya:

Our apartment is well connected to Plaza Catalunya. You can take the L1 subway from Bellvitge in the direction of Fondo and get off at the Plaza Catalunya station. The trip takes approximately 20 minutes.

From the apartment to the Sagrada Familia:

To get to the Sagrada Familia, you must take the L1 in the direction of Fondo from Bellvitge and make a change to the blue line at Plaça de Sants station. Then, take the L5 (blue line) in the direction of Vall d'Hebron and go down at the Sagrada Familia.

From the apartment to Park Güell:

To get to Park Güell, take the L1 metro in the direction of Fondo from Bellvitge station and get off at Plaça Catalunya station. From there, you can take bus 24 at the Pl Catalunya - Rambla Catalunya stop and get off at the Cara del Carmel - Albert Llanas stop and walk a few minutes to the entrance of the park. From the apartment to the beach of Barceloneta:

Enjoy the sun and sand on the famous beach of Barceloneta. To get there, take the L1 subway from Bellvitge station in the direction of Fondo and make a line change in Urquinaona. Then take the yellow line in Urquinaona in the direction of La Pau and get off at the Barceloneta Stop. From there, you can take a nice walk to the beach.

From the apartment to the Gothic Quarter:

Explore the fascinating architecture and history of the Gothic Quarter. Take the L1 subway from Bellvitge in the direction of Fondo and get off at Urquinaona. From there, you will only have to walk to the narrow cobbled streets and the charming corners of the Gothic Quarter.

All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.

Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.

-The flat is located on the second floor with lift.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat's capacity is of 6 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 2.50€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. We will appreciate that you bring the exact amount with you.
- Please note that for reservations from 28 days or more an extra 100 euros per month will be charged, corresponding to the costs of supplies (electricity, gas, water and internet), to be paid at check in.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-There is some construction work going on the building next to the apartment, there may be a slight noise between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
