バルセロナ市内のグラシアのダウンタウンにある歴史的なファサードである 'finca regia'で、フラットを一新しました。

街のグラシア地区では、サグラダファミリア、グエル公園、ラ・ペドレラというガウディのすべての名作の真ん中にいるでしょう（最初の写真）。

I was a bit overwhelmed when I dropped my bags, but the lady was very nice and inviting. She helped me find my way to the convenient metro station. Very clean.

Pros: The apartment was nice. Electric water heater so everyone could take a good bath with hot water. Kitchen was stock pretty good ( though no paper towel) it was A/C and heating system in all the apartment. Great host always available. It was close to a plaza with restaurants and stores. Cons: it’s located Around 10 minutes from the closest subway station which was not great with 3 kids and you definitely need to use the subway to get to most tourist attractions. It’s on the third floor , it has an elevator but it only fits 2 adults so for a family of 5 we needed 2 trips each time.

Fab location. The apartment was spacious with everything you need. Some of the units in the bathroom were a little worn but it was all immaculate and tastefully decorated. Staff were fantastic.

Very nice apartment. Nice to do laundry after being on a cruise. Great area and easy walk to nice bars and restaurants. Close to Güell Park too

Apartment was clean and neat, and communications with Teo was good. We felt safe in the neighborhood, but a little noisy with the garbage trucks coming a couple of times during the night. AC was not up to par, felt humidity in the front rooms the few days we stayed. Elevator very narrow and small. Fits two with luggage at most. Dining area little on the dark side.

Great place - clean, conveniently located, and spacious for our needs. As Canadians we are used to A/C so that was a hard adjustment for us as one of the rooms didn’t have it at all and the window had to stay open... It’s also very close to the garbage which gets collected in the middle of the night, but otherwise, we were very happy with our place and where it was for getting around. Our flight also arrived very early and they allowed us to drop-off our luggage and pick up the key so that we could enjoy the day in Barcelona - ¡Muchas gracias!

Great stay

Great place to stay. Nice location, 3rd floor with lift, many nice restaurants in walking range, Gelato shop down there. Room are clean and safe. Reasonable, and recommended.

Wonderful Experience

We were checking in for one day to go to the Barcelona Futbol game. They accommodated us needing to check in early and leave our bags in the place. Very easy to get to stadium from here due to metro green being close.

Excellent apartment and Excellent host!

Thank you very much for hosting us Teo!We felt right at home in your rental!The renovated apartment is very clean, well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Of course the location is fabulous! Close to so many delightful shops and restaurants and buses and the metro station are just a short walk away. Teo is an excellent host who communicates well and very quickly. Excellent!

We stayed for one week in the apartment. Everything was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and the two squares on either side of us were filled with restaurants, cafes, and bars. The small Condis grocer had everything we needed and it was super easy to either hail an Uber from the front sidewalk or grab any green lit taxi driving by. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a great part of the city, brilliant local festival and helpful hosts

We had a great stay in Gracia, luckily during the Festa Major local festival with decorated streets and music. The apartment had everything we needed and is well located to walk to Sagrada, Parc Guell, Casas Batllo, Pedrero and Vicens. The local ice cream parlours, coffee shops and bakeries were wonderful - recommend Dellaostia ice creams opposite.

Perfect stay

This was a perfect apartment in the wonderful cosmopolitan area of La Gracia. As a family of five were able to make use of the local restaurants and plazas as well as touring all that Barcelona has to offer. We would highly recommend this accommodation, simply tremendous.

4 Night Stay

We stayed for 4 nights before our cruise. We were able to walk everywhere. The two gelato shop were so good and were located right by the apartment.

Wonderful stay in Gracia

Had a great stay. The property is as described. Lots of great restaurants nearby and the apt is close to two metro stations. Lovely pedestrian friendly walkways. We really enjoyed the Catalan details in the unit and appreciated the elevator after a day of walking. Thanks for being such a great host.

My name is Teodor de Mas and I was born in Barcelona on August 26, 1973.

This flat is a shared dream with my French wife, Hélène, and my 3 children.

All the designed furniture and lamps was my wife's idea, I am always the tough guy dealing with suppliers to get the best prices :-)

Barcelona city is where we lived together, my wife Hélène and myself, from 1998 to 2002.

We moved to Sant Cugat suburb but we promised ourselves to trying to buy our own apartment in Gracia, to coming back to retire, and meanwhile renting it to people interested in knowing more about Gracia suburb and Barcelona as a whole.

この宿泊施設の特徴

You will like the apartment as soon as you will see it in pictures (more pictures will be soon available, but we couldn't wait anymore to show you our flat).

As soon as you are in front of the building, you will see this old well preserved façade and you will see the iron hand-made door, 100 years old, and you will be in it.

Till we have not yet the elevator, you will go upstairs, all in iron hand-made, observing the vintage doors and the natural light coming from the roof, till you will be in front of your new house.

The flat has been refurbished with much love and for you and for us. We want to share it with you!

On the right side you will see the refurbished flat but trying to leave it as it was, 100 years ago. That means we 'saved' the floor and the roof (see pictures).

In front of you, you will the see hand-made furniture with old tiles made by Justo, and a porcelain lamp made by Arianna Russo, our italian artist friend.

On the left side, a perfect new kitchen and bathroom, with best materials and Bosch machines.

On the left side at the end, the other sleeping room, with a modern design style.

On both rooms my wife created the bed tables from old cupboards. The result is amazing, like a children's dream, you will see and experience it!

2 air conditioning and several heating machines will ensure you a comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwaves).

For children we offer games, books, high chair and bed for baby, if needed.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange for you the pick up at the airport and driving to the flat.
