Absolutely Fantastic

I can't say enough good things about Sayan Beach, apartment 4 G and Ron and his manager Moises. Everything about this place, the building, the apartment itself, the pools, the restaurant, the location, the beach and the staff are are excellent. The apartment is beautiful and has and every gaget and amenity needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I can't overstate how good the restaurant is, we tried at least 5 places in town that were highly recommended and the restaurant at Sayan Beach was better, the food was beautifully presented and better still delivered right to your chaise lounge pool side. Drinks were great too. My family and I can not get back here soon enough. Thanyou Ron and Moises for a great stay.

Spectacular condo, great location

Well-equipped beautiful condo in a great location. Have stayed in Sayan condos multiple times and wouldn’t hesitate to book 4G again. Owners and property manager are very responsive and easy to work with and on-site staff are always friendly and helpful.

Magnificent!

Everything was perfect, owners, property manager, the condo and common facilities were all excellent. Booked for next year before checking out. It feels like coming home when we arrive. As always, sad to leave.

Fantasy vacation!

It’s a perfect place for a long stay or a weekend getaway. This place has everything - ocean sunset views, infinity pools, bright and open living spaces, a private beach and amazing concierge service. You’ll never want to leave the building! The rooms are exquisitely decorated and bring instant relaxing vibes right when you walk in! Definitely fulfills that fantasy vacation! Great for a friend getaway or a family trip. We’ll definitely return for our next trip to puerto Vallarta.

Does it get any better?

After being in the vacation home business for quite a few years there's just certain places that you know within 2 seconds of walking into that are truly worthy of the 5 star rating. From the breathtaking views all the way down to the plush cozy towels and pillows you can tell this place is not just cared for, but very much loved. The friendly and family-esque staff cared for us all week long and made sure every question about car rentals and restaurant choices was answered. We swam, we laughed and ate so much good food and it was everything you can ask for. Do yourself a favor and just book it. Thank you Ron and Carlo for an unforgettable stay. You guys are top notch and so is your home!

What a fabulous place! Clean, comfortable, beautiful condo with amazing views. Attentive host and staff. Well stocked kitchen with lovely dining area. The food and drinks at the bars/restaurants on the premises were all wonderful. Beautiful pools and such a great balcony. Nice walk along the beach to the romantic zone. Easy to get around by Ubers, as well. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Lovely place, lovely vacation

As a group of four, we have vacationed for many years with our friends. This beautiful home was fantastic in every way. Large, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. we wanted for nothing. The building is staffed by 24 hour security. They are a friendly group of people that helped us feel welcome, but protected. We took advantage of meals available on site, as well as the pools and pool bar. We will remember this vacation forever. The owner was great to work with, always addressing questions quickly and thoroughly. We recommend this home wholeheartedly.

Great place to rest from the stresses of life

What I loved about this unit at Sayan Beach Condos was the attention to detail, the combination of comfort and function. There was no mistaking that it was designed by a top notch designer. The bathrooms had the perfect amount of storage. The light switches were in exactly the right places. The drawers opened and closed with a touch. We enjoyed the breath-taking ocean view from the large balcony. The restaurant and pool area was easy to access and had efficient service. Our margaritas were perfect. What a great place to go and rest from the stresses of life!

Sayan Beach is amazing!

Highly recommend this place to anyone! Very quiet and tranquil—which is what we wanted-and not too far from Zona Romántica! Simply climb over the little montaña to reach the bigger beach and Zona Romántica. Definitivamente want to come back! Such a beautiful condo.

Five stars isn’t enough for this amazing property.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 6 days and it was absolute heaven. From the efficient and amazing check-in process to the accommodations to the amenities. This place is like a five star resort. Ron and Carlo have impeccable taste and you will feel right at home in their beautiful 3 bedroom condo with an amazing view enhanced by totally disappearing patio doors. The furnishings are luxurious and they spared no expense to make this a special place. There are two restaurants on property that serve very good food and very reasonable prices. There are three infinity pools, including a rooftop one with views for days and amazing sunsets. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and are very helpful in organizing anything your heart desires. This is one of the only places we have ever stayed where we said “we don’t want to go home yet”. It’s an absolute gem. We can’t wait to go back next year!

This is my fourth time staying at Ron and Carlo’s property. As always, the impeccable views, stunning quarters and attentiveness of the property management team and owners keeps me coming back! The Admin team has sure stepped up their game and are very proactive at meeting renters’ needs. One nice touch they have added is a personal concierge service who ensure your stay is enjoyable. Take advantage of the shuttle service and the groceries prior to arrival in order to make travel day a breeze! I cannot wait to stay again!

Love this place!

A Dream haven!!

My friends and I (3 couples) lived the life of the rich and famous for 14 incredible days!! The condo was absolutley amazing and so comfortable for the 6 of us. The view on the ocean is breathtaking from our immense balcony, which we almost lived on our entire visit. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, we made our own suppers 9 nights out of 14 as we had gourmet cooks with us :) !!! The staff were so pleasant and helpful, right from our arrival onwards... . The rooftop infinity pool and bar was quite the bonus in our stay. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Access to the old town was a five minute Uber drive for about 7$ a trip...or a 15 minute walk on the beach to the town which was very nice! When we walked into the condo on day one, our jaws simply dropped at the sight of the layout and ocean view!!! I would rate this condo higher than 5 stars !! I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for the EXCEPTIONAL ocean front vacation of their life!! :))
