Apartment on the beachfront of Levante Beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 1 bedroom and capacity for 2 people.

Cosy and very bright accommodation of 40 m² with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has a lift, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, a communal swimming pool + children\'s pool open seasonally, open-air parking in the same building, 1 Smart TV, iron, and hairdryer.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key handover and check-in are done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, trading name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is held on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash if preferred.

- Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

- Check-out before 11:00

- Smoking is not allowed

- Temporary rental. Minimum stay of 11 nights.

Everything was perfect, the view is breathtaking. We had everything we needed. The place was clean.

The only thing we didn't like was that the deposit was very high, but maybe the reason was that they had disloyal guests.

Great modern apartment in an ideal location.

The location is great and there is a good view across the Levant beach from the room. Easy to pick up the keys from the local office, and checkout was quick and easy. The apartment has everything you need, good shower, kitchen, TV and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of parking spaces when I went in mid-late Oct, I can't comment on the high season, but I had no problems at all. Everything was good. I'd certainly stay there again.

Fantastic ,magical sunrises and sunsets

Brilliant place ,modern ,clean ,fantastic location ,comfy bed ...views to die for Internet is rubbish ended up costing me for data, also as internet kept kicking off couldnt watch the smart tv ... Shower needed a holder for products and a towel holder would be good .

Het is een uitstekende locatie. Heerlijk aan de boulevard en vrij centraal. Een kledingrek op de kamer. Een kledingkast zou net even wat meer hebben en opgeruimde staan.

No del todo como esparaba

Sin duda a destacar son las pedazo vistas, cada vez que te sientas a comer o cenar disfrutas de ellas, y escuchas el mar. Además al ser apartamento en primera línea eso también es un punto a favor, menos de 1 minuto y estás ya tocando la arena, es algo súper cómodo. Cuando abrimos el apartamento y entramos, pasada media hora nos planteamos la cuestión de que se cobra, si no me equivoco, 60 euros por limpieza yo no vi una limpieza en condiciones, el suelo al andar chirriaba porque tenía arena, y todavía no habíamos ido a la playa, no era nuestra. En el friegaplatos había una mancha ya seca como de algún líquido derramado. Las puertas del "balcón" que dan la vista al mar muy sucias. En el baño en una pared había un mosquito aplastado, y el lavabo sucio también. Nos dijeron en la recepción de no limpiar nada, barrer así por encima y listo, pero nos tocó barrer bien, fregar el suelo, lavar el lavabo, y parte de la cocina, la parte de la encimera donde ibamos a colocar alimentos. Nuestra estancia fue de 14 días, hubo un día que quisimos lavar un poco de ropa, y la lavadora no funcionaba, se encendía pero no arrancaba. Es verdad que me puse en contacto, me intentaron ayudar e incluso me propusieron el llamar a un especialista y mandarlo pero a lo que voy es que, en mi opinión, el día de antes debe de estar comprobado, son cosas básicas que deben funcionar, menos mal que teníamos un poco de ropa de sobra, y trajimos con nosotras un poco de polvo para poder lavar a mano y nos apañamos. Acabo de leer que el cambio de sábanas y toallas cada 7 días estaba incluido, yo no me acordaba de eso, pero tampoco se pusieron en contacto con nosotras para proponerlo. Almohadas de cama duras como un ladrillo, deberían poner de los dos tipos. Etc.

Respecto a lo que comentas sobre la limpieza, en casos así lo reportamos al servicio correspondiente para que se encuentre una solución. En todo caso, queremos pedirte disculpas de todo corazón. La lavadora también debería de haber funcionado, pero si se da un caso así procedemos enviando al servicio técnico para que la repare o cambie. Sentimos también no haberte comentado la información del cambio de sábanas durante el proceso de registro. Dicho esto, esperamos que hayas pasado una estancia agradable en Benidorm. Un saludo.

Schönes, kleines Apartment ohne Balkon. Sehr schöne Sicht auf Strand und Meer. Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet. Nur ein Handtuch und Reinigungstuch. Abtrocknungstücher fehlen. Nur zwei unterschiedliche Weingläser vorhanden. Kein Werkzeug um Gemüse zu rüsten. Messer stumpf.
